Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spokane, WA. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our machinery and aftermarket solutions. Your scope includes new machinery development and aftermarket solutions, encompassing spare parts, consumables, machine upgrades, rebuilds, and retrofit programs that enhance system performance, extend equipment life, and improve total cost of ownership for customers.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own product line strategy and roadmap for assigned products, driving growth through new product development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead end‐to‐end product lifecycle management, including launches, enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, portfolio optimization, and end‐of‐life planning.
  • Develop and manage product and product family business plans, with accountability for revenue, margin, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, segmentation, market sizing, and long‐term product strategy.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Plant Director is responsible for the overall planning and execution of plant-wide operations including manufacturing productivity and efficiencies,  budgeting and financial performance, quality and safety systems, food safety initiatives, warehousing and distribution, sales support, and regulatory compliance.  Leading through a team of leaders and individual contributors, the Plant Director II establishes, communicates, and drives the implementation of production related goals by maintaining a culture that is aligned with ePac’s core values including our “ePac Why”.  This position is also responsible for oversight of building design, equipment install and maintenance, hiring, support/training and managing of the ongoing manufacturing facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned plant location, including all functions of facility and operations, including pre-production activities such as production planning.
  • Monthly/weekly reporting to ePac Holdings on deliverables.
  • Develops and manages ePac quarterly management deck.
  • Establishes and adheres to key performance indicators (KPIs) set forth by VPO and COO and report on KPIs, budgets and operational metrics to the executive team

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Air Dominance Loads & Dynamics Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This manager leads a team of Loads and Dynamics Engineers who conduct Flight Loads, Ground Loads, as well as dynamics/flutter work for a major program integrated product team.

The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of aircraft loads and dynamics with deep experience expected in at least one specialty loads area like Flight loads, ground loads, or flutter. In addition to technical qualifications to cover the product lifecycle, experience with program and customer interactions as well as cost control account and personnel development collaborations are expected.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall success of a diverse loads and dynamics team within an integrated product team structure.
  • Manage a team of 8-16 employees' engineering and technical activities in the areas of Flight Engineering.
  • Develop project plans aligned with program objectives.
  • Implement plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Assign authority and responsibilities to employees to execute product design and development.
  • Review plan execution, makes appropriate adjustments and resolves issues.
  • Monitor appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan.
  • Report cost, schedule, and technical performance to program leadership.
  • Forecast resource needs and makes hiring decisions.
  • Coach, counsel, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments.
