Your Contribution:

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting all aspects of replenishment and logistics activity within the department. General responsibilities include answering phone and email communications from internal and external customers including all banners, Wholesale customers and Wakefern product divisions. Core functions of this role include completing delivery discrepancy investigations, handling all types of store orders, supporting order scheduling, including DSD, directs, Wholesale and Transdock orders. During any type of Logistics crisis, the CSR represents the division, including staffing the Emergency Operations Center. The work performed is in a high volume call center and the CSR serves as a first-contact associate for store logistical needs.

What you'll do:

• Answer and respond to inbound calls and emails from retail locations
• Complete a delivery discrepancy investigation from start to finish, including reporting activities; use of the Delivery Discrepancy Application (DDA) is required
• Complete order poll monitoring from start to finish
• Create a report card; explain how to create a report card
• Create, adjust, cancel and understand a store order
• Create, update, cancel and understand a store return
• Understand basic information on an invoice, delivery receipt, loading diagram
• Understand, create and update an ordering schedule
• Understand basic information about Directs, Direct Store Deliveries (DSDs) and other non-warehouse deliveries
• Able to use the major scheduling, audio and video programs as well as an ability to learn new technologies and interfaces

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Outstanding telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle very heavy telephone volume
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without constant direct supervision
• Good software skills; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required; previous use of logistics-related software preferred (CGO, Cisco Finesse, Cisco WebEx, LINK, MicroStrategy, Pega Delivery Discrepancy Application, QMF, RAPID, Smartsheet, WMS)
• Work schedule flexibility; Split Work Week (any 4 out of 7) - Saturday and Sunday weekend coverage required

The hourly salary range for this position is $20.77 to $26.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

What you’ll be doing: 
As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following four areas: 

Order Picker: You will pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. At times you will be picking above ground level while adhering to safety procedures.

Restocker: You will scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep your work area for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures.

Bulk Selector: You will be responsible for selecting product, pulling, and packing totes, as well as cutting cases of merchandise and/or stocking product. You will move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.

Custodian: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility. In this role, you will clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, and remove spots from carpet, sweep and mop floors, clean and dust chairs, partition walls and other miscellaneous furniture, clean windows and brass and collect and remove trash from the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.

Please note, as an SC1 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles as needed.

As an Overnight Individual and Home Support worker you will be assisting Consumer in a variety of ways that enable them to live independently in their community. Tempus takes a person-centered approach to all services. This is a part time overnight with some awake and asleep.

The Delivery Driver will deliver parts to a pre-determined group of customers. The driver should be friendly and courteous and should have the ability to work with others in a team environment. • Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters.
• Greet and ask guests about their favorite ride as they walk up to your location.
• Take guests' orders, offering suggestions and upsells about the most delicious menu items.
• Feed hungry guests promptly and satisfy growling stomachs with fresh, made-to-order foods.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers, receiving money and returning proper change.
• Prepare everything from double bacon cheeseburgers to ice cold soft drinks to delectable funnel cake sundaes and more.
• Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests.

What You Will Need:

• MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS.
• Must be 14 years or older to operate the register.
• Must be 16 years or older to prepare food.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle cash accurately.
• In foods you must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
