Dancers: Our shows mix traditional musical theatre and jazz with hip hop and even dance team styles of choreography. Are you a tumbler? Are you a classically trained ballerina? Are you an aspiring Rockette? We want to see all of that! Come prepared to learn a high-energy dance combination. Please plan to dress professionally, in a way that allows for movement. Please also bring at least 2 types of shoes.

A leading national retail franchise network is hiring a Franchise Performance Advisor to own the Knoxville/East Tennessee territory. This is a confidential retained search — employer details shared with qualified candidates who advance.

This isn't a support role. You'll be the primary business partner to franchise owners — the person they trust to tell them the truth about their numbers, their operations, and what needs to change. You'll coach, challenge, and champion them, sometimes all in the same conversation.

The role demands real range: You'll go from analyzing a franchisee's P&L on Monday to walking a buildout on Wednesday to facilitating a peer networking session on Friday. No two weeks look the same, and that's by design.

What you'll own:

• Regular field visits across your territory to coach owners on revenue, brand compliance, and operational best practices
• Translating P&L data into clear, executable action plans — pricing strategy, margin improvement, financial benchmarks
• Identifying underperformance early and addressing it with a solutions-first, relationship-forward approach
• Supporting center buildouts, remodels, relocations, and ownership transfers
• Connecting franchisees with vendor resources, peer networks, and franchisor support

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Journey Optimization Analytics delivers analytical insights into emerging customer experience trends, process improvements, and contact center optimization opportunities. The role leads operational analytics, customer experience analytics, and exploratory optimization initiatives to drive measurable impact. The Senior Manager supports enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

The Senior Manager, Journey Optimization Analytics brings advanced analytics expertise, ideally within a retail or financial services contact center environment. The role demonstrates a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive financial value, improve customer experience, or both.

What You Will Do

• Apply advanced analytical techniques—including exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive methods—to identify the key drivers of customer behavior and operational performance.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager, Growth - Performance Marketing to lead one of our most important acquisition channels on the Growth team.
