ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Patient Care Concierge is the first point of contact for patients at Claremedica and a key member of our healthcare team. Serving as a patient advocate, this role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing patient interactions, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, managing patient records and phone calls, and coordinating with medical staff to deliver excellent patient care. The Patient Care Concierge builds strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel that their health is our top priority while providing vital administrative support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.Enthusiastically greet every guest that enters our center.Responsible for preparing new patient registration, patient check-in, and patient check-out.Answer all phone calls professionally and courteously, taking detailed and accurate messages.Maintain and organize the Provider’s schedule by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments for patients.Responsible for verifying patient demographic-related data and materials from patients and/or their representatives.Obtains insurance information (ID card, member/group #s, etc.). Verify patient insurance and collect any necessary copays for services and collect any outstanding balances before visits.Verify each patient is scheduled for the proper appointment types.Run your end-of-day financial reconciliation report and provide it to your Leader with any cash collected.Send detailed Telephone Encounters to the corresponding parties.Scan all necessary documents (insurance cards, lab requisitions, etc.) into our EMR system.Monitor and process incoming faxes.Restock office supplies as needed and maintain inventory log. Maintain cleanliness of space by keeping front office and lobby area neat and tidy.Maintains the confidentiality of patients’ personal information and medical records.Participates in daily/weekly huddles. Presents patients with customer service survey during check out and escalates if needed for immediate service recovery.Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/ or experience.A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic desired or prior customer service experience.BLS preferred.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills.Ability to communicate with employees, patients, and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner.Mindset focused on resolving problems for patients and achieving team goals.Knowledge of medical products, terminology, services, standards, policies, and procedures.Ability to act calmly in busy or stressful situations.Demonstrated strong listening skills.Ability and willingness to travel locally and/or regionally up to 10% of the time to assist in covering other centers, as needed.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail, and presentation software. CNC MACHINIST SUMMARY
Set up, adjust and operate CNC, conventional and special purpose machines to fabricate required parts by performing the following duties.
CNC MACHINIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, or other provided information to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set-up requirements.
- Ability to efficiently produce quality parts on a CNC plus one other separate work center within the Machine Shop.
- Prepare the correct material for machining.
- Select the most appropriate tools for the assigned task.
- Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut or enter commands to retrieve, input or edit program.
- Run your first piece and make adjustments as needed. Make sure part meets print.
- Be able to successfully navigate within TSE ERP system and correctly enter data as required.
- Must be able to make/grind your own tools as required.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
· Responsible for measuring and developing the project manager's abilities and effectiveness through KPI's and setting core competencies in accordance with corporate governance.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.
Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate deliverables
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, DDS, PoleForeman, O-Calc, Katapult, or client systems
• Perform quality control reviews when required
• Support additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate
