• Partners and assists Trilogy’s Internal Marketing Team in the creation & production of new collateral, promo items and recruitment tools.

• Serves as the CRM and CMS administrator to create and manage events within the system, build automated engagement campaigns to nurture passive candidate engagement, and establish static and dynamic pipelines for the Talent Team.

• Oversees and delivers training for Regional Talent Partners on the effective utilization of the CRM, passive lead engagement, events management and all avenues of recruitment marketing.

• Investigates and recommends technology, strategies and process improvements to create efficiencies.

• Conserves resources by utilizing strategy and out of the box thinking to control costs and manage budgets related to recruitment marketing spend.

Summary:

The Physical Therapist has the responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing care for the patients assigned physical therapy. The Physical Therapist is responsible for adhering to all standards of Physical Therapy Practice Act as they apply to providing technical therapy care, supplies, equipment and interventions to a designated patient population.

This position requires providing services to Therapy Patients, ages between children/adolescents to geriatrics in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital. -Perform pre and post trip of equipment every day and fill out daily inspection sheets.

 

-Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel/moves joysticks to operate loader.

 

-Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front end loader forward to force bucket into finished product.

 

-Moves levers to raise and tilt bucket when filled and dumps material into truck or rail.

 

-Provide excellent customer service to all customers on site.

 

-Maintains haul roads that are smooth and safe.

 

-Keep stockpiles properly bermed and maintained.

 

-Ensure product is blended correctly.

 

-Performs routine maintenance on loader such as lubricating and cleaning.
