Responsibilities
Performs Patient Care Activities as delegated by the Nurse utilizing applicable policies and procedures to ensure patient needs and expectations are met.

- Provides elimination needs of assigned patient. (Foley care, bowel movements, bladder training, enemas, and external catheters; records output.)
- Provides skin care of assigned patients. (turning, positioning, recognition and prevention of skin breakdown, operation of special beds, nail care, and back rubs.)
- Provides comfort measures (Proper positioning, back rubs, oral care, wrinkle free bed sheets and ensuring that bedside table, water pitcher, urinal are within reach.)

The compensation range for this position is $17.89per hour - $28.98per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Summary:
The Physical Therapist has the responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing care for the patients assigned physical therapy. The Physical Therapist is responsible for adhering to all standards of Physical Therapy Practice Act as they apply to providing technical therapy care, supplies, equipment and interventions to a designated patient population.
This position requires providing services to Therapy Patients, ages between children/adolescents to geriatrics in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital. It is expected that the associate demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The associate shall support the CHRISTUS St. Patrick’s strategic plan.
May require push/pull/lifting of 50-100 pounds. May require partial lift or supporting of weight from 100-150 pounds during transfers or assisting patients in stance. Work requires sitting, bending, stretching, and walking. May require prolonged standing and walking, lifting and moving patients, equipment and supplies. Subject to danger of infection from disease-bearing specimens, exposed to odorous chemicals and specimens. - Records Progress – Records patient evaluations, treatment documentation, discharge documentation, education documentation, billing in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and updating as appropriate.
- Safety/Infection Control – follows all safety and infection control policies. Uses appropriate therapeutic delivery. Recognizes adverse reactions and takes steps to remedy them.
- Insures Quality – Insures a quality approach in the treatment of patients. Communicates effectively and regularly with medical staff, department directors and Administration, as well as other departments and outside stakeholders as necessary and appropriate. Seeks consults from other disciplines when indicated. Assists in PT/OT/ST scheduling coordination.

The Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist
1. Manages referrals to the Healthy Families program in accordance with the Healthy Families America model requirements, including.
- Attempting contact with all referrals within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the referral.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times a month during the first trimester and second trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 1 time per week during the third trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times per week once the infant is born and until the family is assessed.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
2. Initiates and conducts screenings for families interested in the Healthy Families program.
- Conducting screening on all families using the Healthy Families Screening Tool and Contact Form.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
3. Initiates and conducts welcoming, quality, and engaging assessments for all families enrolling in the Healthy Families program in accordance with the core Healthy Families America model standards, including.
- Completing the validated Family Resilience and Opportunities for Growth (FROG) Scale with newly enrolling families.
- Helping families identify their family strengths and areas of need
- Ensuring the FROG assessments are completed prenatally or within 3 months of the infant's birth.
- Preparing each FROG for review by supervisor.
- Reviewing each FROG with supervisor.
4. Promotes the Healthy Families program by.
- Maintaining quality and positive relationships with referring organizations.
- Providing referring organizations follow up on every referral received, including whether or not the family declined services.
- Represents the program at formal community venues to promote the program and facilitate referrals.
- Attending monthly Community Advisory Boards to ensure close communication occurs between Healthy Families program and community resources.
- Collecting Memorandum of Understandings from formal community partners.
5. Maintains documentation of services, quality measurement tools, and tracking forms in accordance with the Health Families America model, including.
- Submitting monthly Family Assessment Worker reports by the third day of the month
- Maintaining the Referral Log submitted for accreditation.
- Maintain the Closure Log submitted for accreditation.
- Entering all screening, FROG, and Closure information onto tracking spreadsheets submitted for accreditation.
- Tracking all outreach and community event participation used in the accreditation process.
6. Maintains completion of required supervision, including.
- Ensuring weekly reflective supervision.
- Ensuring documentation and tracking information is prepared ahead of supervision for review.
7. Completes required trainings in accordance with Healthy Families America model standards, including completing.
- 28 hours of initial Foundations for Family Support Core Training.
- Annual Child Abuse and Neglect training.
- Annual service population-focused training.
- Annual McNabb Center Relias trainings, CPR and First Aid, and Handle with Care trainings.
- 15 hours of Infant Mental Health Training annually to maintain Endorsement.
8. Achieve and maintain Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Tennessee Association of Infant Mental Health, including.
- If hired without an Endorsement, will submit application on Endorsement Application System, uphold Ethics Code, achieve mandatory references, and complete and submit 30 hours of required infant mental health training within first year of employment.
- Once Endorsement is achieved or if hired with an endorsement, will maintain endorsement every year but completing and submitting 15 continuing education hours and updating the Code of Ethics review process annually.
9. Takes an active role in ensuring the McNabb Center completes and maintains Healthy Families America Accreditation, including.
- Familiarizing self with the more than 150 required Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained for accreditation.
- Ensuring trainings are maintained.
- Ensuring home visiting rates are tracked and home visits are completed.
- Completed accreditation interview.

It is the job of the 2nd Press Operator to assist in performing functions to support the operation of printing presses in the following areas: set up, color quality, makes color adjustments, ensures printed quality conforms to customer specification, performs basic maintenance and repairs on press, and may assist in training employees and giving general direction to employees assigned to a specific press. Additionally, the 2nd Press Operator is responsible for providing performance feedback to Lead Press Operators and supervisors on corresponding crew members and prepares departmental reports.

The ART PACU is a 12-bed unit that provides post-operative care for a diverse population of adult outpatient and inpatient surgeries through various surgical service lines. Job Summary/Purpose:

Peds Heart Center is a 29-bed unit- ranked #2 Nationally by U.S News and World Report and #1 in patient outcomes, in addition to being a AACN Beacon Award-Winning unit. We are the referral center for all major pediatric cardiac surgery in South Carolina. Average Daily Census on the unit is 28, with a blend of cardiac surgical and medical diagnoses. The Heart Center cares for patients with congenital and acute heart disease of any age based on care needs. Common procedures associated with this unit's care include cardiac surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices, Heart Transplant, cardiac catheterization, and all medical diagnoses associated with cardiac care for the children in South Carolina. The Sheeter/Cutter Operator efficiently performs set-up and operates a machine that cuts rolls up to 59" of paper stock into sheets of paper of a specific size and quantity. Duties are always performed while standing or walking next to the cutter on the floor or scaffold areas in the cutter area or the paper roll storage area. Walk on and work from scaffolds up to 7-8 ft. high around both sides and the output areas of the press. Frequently use roll pushers to move rolls of paper weighing approximately 1,400-5,600+ lbs. Use of mechanical or electrical hand pallet jack: lift and move pallets/skids with 1,500 lbs. of product. We have openings on the following shifts:
5 am - 5 pm, Friday-Sunday - + $2.00 shift premium for working the weekend shift. If hired, you will train on another shift until you are ready to move to the weekend shift.

A Brief Overview
The Rad Tech II is responsible for operating radiographic equipment to perform diagnostic and other clinical exams as directed, and serves as a coach to student technologists. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
What you will do
* Performs radiologic and other requested examinations on assigned patients. Determines technical and positioning factors and positions patient for exam. Determines and selects proper radiographic factors in order to minimize radiation exposure.
* Explains procedures to patients and answers any questions or concerns.
* Collects specimens for drug screens and performs Blood Alcohol Tests and CLIA-waived tests.
* Performs patient intake activities, including checking and recording vital signs.
* Provides ongoing patient assessment through observation of patient and records; reports findings accurately and on time.
* Assists in the development of others through guidance and teaching. Promotes professional practice of all members of the radiological services team.
* Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, compliance activities, and policies and procedures.
* Effectively manages resources such as supplies and equipment. Plans work and completes job responsibilities in an efficient and productive manner.
* Demonstrates professional work behavior and excellent customer service routinely in all interactions.
* Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
Education/Formal Training Requirements
* Required - Technical Degree or Diploma Radiology

* Required - Rad Tech 1-3 years

* Required - BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
* Required - Breath Alcohol Technician - Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare
* Required - DOT Urine Specimen Collector - Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare
* Required - Registered Radiologic Technologist - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
* Required - X-Ray Op in MD Office Tennessee - Tennessee Board of X-Ray Operators
* Preferred - X-Ray Op in MD Office Mississippi - Mississippi State Department of Health
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of procedures used to train and orient Rad Tech Is as determined by the Manger.
* Ability to effectively relate and communicate with internal and external customers.
* Demonstrated clinical competencies in radiography imaging equipment and procedures.
Supervision Provided by this Position
* There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this job, except that the incumbent may occasionally demonstrate various job responsibilities, observe, coach, and guide less experienced Rad Techs in the department.
Physical Demands
* The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
* Must have good balance and coordination.
* The physical requirements of this position are: medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently.
* The Associate is required to have close visual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision to perform an activity, such as assessing patients, preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
* Frequent invasive and non-invasive patient contact.
