What you’ll do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial AV systems (displays, DSPs, control, switching, audio systems, video distribution, conferencing gear).

What you’ll bring
- 3–5+ years of professional commercial AV installation experience, including:
- DSP programming (Q-SYS Designer, Biamp Tesira, etc.)
- Control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS)
- Networked video systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS)
- Commissioning systems (e.g., Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, Dante).
- Understanding of AV-over-IP, networking basics, and signal routing.
- Familiarity with most common UC platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift equipment, use power tools safely, and work on ladders/lifts.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check

AGE Solutions is seeking an Audio-Visual Command Meeting (AVCM) Engineer. In this role, you will travel within their assigned zone to support Senior Executive Services (SES) and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces. This role provides installation, troubleshooting, and sustainment support for enterprise audio-visual systems and will augment support to other zones as required. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AV professional with strong technical expertise, the ability to lead AV efforts on-site, and experience working in classified environments.
This position is based out of Ft. Belvoir, VA with regional CONUS travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within assigned zone and provide augmentation support to other zones as needed
- Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces
- Install, pull, terminate, label, and test all AV-related cables, connectors, and interfaces
- Install projection screens, plasma/LED displays, speakers, and related AV hardware
- Perform installation of AV systems at client sites, including full room deployments
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance at a minimum
- Have one (1) of the following certifications:
- AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, or
- Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification, or
- AVIXA CTS Certification
- Ability to support mission-critical AV/VTC systems under pressure

Must Haves:

The Project Manager – Audio/Visual (AV) is responsible for overseeing AV-related projects from design and estimation through planning, execution, and closeout. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Determine required materials, labor, equipment, and other costs to create accurate project estimates
- Utilize MTG-created templates to create comprehensive proposals, SOWs, warranty statements, and other project-related documents

ROLE*: The position available is Technical Director (TD). Under the direction of the Director of Production and Creative Services (DPCS), the TD leads a team of experienced event technicians. - Technical Expertise

How You'll Contribute:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
- Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.

- Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.

- 5+ years in an Audio Visual/Video operations, Account management, Productions, Studio Operations Management, technology managerial role or similar is required.
- 5+ years of experience in onsite service delivery
- 2+ years management, leadership of onsite service personnel + P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with AV Systems and Meeting Support
- Experience with recruitment, employee management, and general HR concepts preferred.
- People leadership skills, technical capability, professionalism, self-motivation, self-discipline,
- focus and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of SOWs, Contracts, Managed Services and Deliverables is a major asset.

This is what you’ll do:
- Responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and solutions
- Design, code, test, and troubleshoot the technology and configurations in our conference rooms and custom audio-visual deployment spaces
- Follow the standards and policies defined for the AV services, conference rooms, Zoom/Google services, and running live corporate meetings
- Design, administer, and manage a scalable enterprise-level AV platform based on the business requirements
- Lead testing practices to ensure AV changes/upgrades don’t negatively impact key business applications or user experience.
- Document the deployment, troubleshooting, and operational processes required to build and operate our AV solutions
- Develop custom configurations and/or software solutions around AV services as necessary
- Provide the last line of defense for AV support within IT
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zoom/Google rooms, Cisco telephony system, conference room architecture/standards, video/audio/web conferencing, and streaming & digital signage infrastructure
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve our end-users’ experience based on user feedback and monitoring data
- Manage enterprise AV platform and leverage your scripting skills to automate activities
- Develop positive relationships with the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes

This is what you’ll need:
- At least 5-8 years (or relative) in the AV Design Engineer role with experience working in IT Administration
- Bachelor’s and/or CTS-D is preferred for this position
- High proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, ACC, BIM360, Blubeam Revu, and general architectural design processes, standards, and collaboration platforms
- High proficiency with acoustic modeling software like EASE Focus and Address, QSC and Harman/JBL Pro line of products
- High proficiency building functional diagrams, documenting detailed scope of work and bill of materials for AV projects
- Experience with DSP and custom control interface design and configuration
- Experience with AV networking and Cisco switches
- Experience managing vendors of various trades and collaborating within cross functional teams
- Experience with: Zoom configuration and management, Microsoft O365 integrations, On-Prem/Cloud telephony system, MS Teams, Mac, and Level 3 escalation support and troubleshooting.
- Support Knowledge with the following technologies: Neat, Polycom, Q-Sys, Harman, Biamp, and Crestron
- Ability to identify, scope, and recommend improvements in the AV spaces
