The position requires the employee to be on-site during the scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Responsibilities: Routinely and safely operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling carts.
Pick, pack, and put away items on racks, shelves, pallets, or bins and deliver orders safely and accurately.
Assist in accurately stocking shelves and utilize First In First Out best practices.
Assist in team cycle counting activities as assigned.
Process and maintain accurate documentation for all material movements and transactions.
Operate a hydraulic hoist and a metal tag printer, label printers, and programs, where applicable.
Respond to direction from both supervisor and group lead to complete pack lists.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean, neat, and organized in accordance with 5S protocol.
Daily interaction with coworkers on the production line.
Ability to wear necessary and required PPE.

GNC is seeking a IT Operations Analyst who will monitor and detect system events, variances, and problems. Observed deviations will be logged, triaged, reported, and corrected, or escalated, if required. Production process scheduling and promotions to production are performed. Provide support for overflow calls from the Service Desk. The position also needs the ability to be able to multi-task assignments and moderate conference bridge calls for incidents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration/Support of core IT Operations Technologies:
- Monitor and manage the batch processing schedule to ensure timely execution of critical business processes, such as data backups, file transfers, and batch jobs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during batch processing, such as job failures, delays, or resource constraints, and take appropriate actions to resolve them promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations from various IT teams, including application support, infrastructure, and development teams.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security alerts, and respond to critical incidents by initiating appropriate incident response procedures and engaging relevant support teams.
- Manage incidents reported through monitoring and alerting tools, including incident triage, investigation, resolution, and post-incident analysis.
- Document incident details, root cause analysis, and resolution steps in the incident management system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and process improvements.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work schedule Tuesday through Saturday 11pm-7am

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This position isresponsibleassembling mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components to customer supplied specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate small hand tools such as power screwdrivers, overheadcrane, banding and testing equipment, airtoolsand hammers in a safe, prescribed manner.
Meet the set daily production rate for the department.
Read and complete necessary forms and documentation including work orders, inspectionsheetsand log sheets.
Properly set up,assemblyall current models and standard options in compliance with product specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sets upcomponentparts in a secure position using bolts,clampsor tack welds.
Follow established quality,safetyand production procedures.
Locate and retrieveappropriate productionmaterials as required.
Assemble products to engineeringspecificationwith the highest level of quality.
Make suggestions for improvementtoproducts and processes.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing events including Kaizen events, 5S activities and other training.

Position Overview
This proactive and enthusiastic individual is responsible for developing truly integrated, cross-channel strategic communications strategies. By focusing on why people think, feel and act the way that they do, the Manager, Strategy helps create media strategies and award-winning ideas that influence perceptions and encourage engagement.
This position will work on Mobil 1, which operates in a category defined by performance, engineering credibility, and car culture, including a presence in global motorsport. We are looking for a strategist who is energized by competitive environments and motivated to build integrated communications strategies grounded in real human behavior. Strategy plays a critical role in translating audience insight, category dynamics, and business objectives into clear, cross-channel direction that drives impact and strengthens the brand's connection with drivers, enthusiasts, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business, target audiences and wider communications environment
- Identify and build target audiences, test their viability, and determine scalability using syndicated and proprietary tools (i.e. MRI-Simmons, Helixa, primary research)
- Understand and integrate client and creative agency research
- Write POVs on topics relevant to our key clients and agency
- Enter industry competitions (i.e. Young Lions) to represent UM and grow as a strategist; Attend technology and emerging media presentations to stay on top of trends
- Apply syndicated and proprietary data to develop key insights across culture, the category, and customers with actionable media implications
- Support the translation of complex concepts into simple, powerful narratives and present strategic recommendations to the client; Package strategic ideas with clarity for presentation
- Develop the strategic positioning for a given product by considering category, consumer, and competitive context
- Develop effective and inspiring relationships with UM teams, including strategy, research, analytics, planning, activation, and digital teams
- Work closely with the Planning Team to translate the campaign strategy and ideas into actionable media implications
