Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role is to provide the best customer service for our customers in alignment with the business objectives and goals of the organization. You will assist customers and other team members regarding product, pricing, status of orders, or any other questions they may have. This is a fulltime onsite position that reports to the Medford, WI office. Hours are generally 8am - 5pm central time, with rotational coverage of 7am shift and 6pm shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responding to phone calls from customers and be a proactive voice of the company to them.

Identify and enter no-charge orders, credit memos and returns.

Research and resolve problems regarding orders.

Assist sales reps with product and procedural issues.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Follow up on orders that need attention.

Assist customers in learning our systems and using our tools.

Work with customers to fulfill their window and door buying needs.

Suggest additional products/options where appropriate.

Train and provide guidance to new team members to enhance customer service.

Suggest improvements to systems and procedures.

Help to implement changes that improve quality and efficiency.

Test new and updated programs.

Perform other job-related duties as necessary to fulfill responsibilities of the position.

Essential Work Functions:

- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families, providing reassurance and addressing concerns
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved obstetric nursing techniques
- Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination of patients
- Provide immediate postpartum care, including assessment and stabilization of mother and newborn
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other team members to deliver cohesive care

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service department employees and processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through the service coordination function. The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. The ideal candidate will possess a current Iowa license. This is a RN position in the Labor and Delivery Nurse. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN – Labor and Delivery.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Engineering & Programming Technician works independently throughout the manufacturing plant to analyze, modify, and build control systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of equipment and facility systems. Additionally, this individual may be called upon to assist in troubleshooting machine issues, to implement safety, quality, and productivity projects, and to introduce new products and processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities that are machine and process related that can be improved through the use of technology. They will need to coach and mentor others within the manufacturing plant in their areas of expertise. This position works with other technicians, tool room personnel, planners/schedulers, engineers, department managers, and operators during the analysis, build, and implementation phases of various projects. This individual will also work with the MES systems group to ensure that Pella control systems standards are applied and maintained.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Flexibility of work hours including mandatory OT when business needs requires.

§ Design and implement controls for new and existing machines or processes using a variety of hardware components which include PLC’s, HMI’s, CNC’s, PC’s, motion controllers and standard industrial controls.

§ Ability to assist with the building of machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, and templates, as well as the project management of all of these.

§ Extensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and computers are required.

§ Must independently write, analyze, and modify PLC programs.

§ Ability to assist in maintaining all models and series of PLCs currently in use.

§ Maintain backup copies of PLC programs used in production and facility related equipment.

§ Develops electrical estimates for time, cost, and quality for projects.

§ Must have ability to work with data downloads.

§ Ability to establish and maintain machine settings for data downloads and collaborate with IT to set up or modify settings for data downloads.

§ Ability to troubleshoot and assist maintenance efforts when needed.

§ Ability to perform PM inspections on equipment.

§ Ability to obtain the appropriate PIV license.

§ Ability to work on ladders and vertical lifts when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

§ Recommended that this individual has completed or is enrolled and seeking a 2 or 4 year degree in a related field of expertise.

§ Manufacturing-related experience is preferred.

§ Job specific experience is preferred.

§ Maintenance progression completion preferred.
