What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Business & Supply Chain Excellence to support our mission of delivering outstanding service to our airline partners. In this role, you will use advanced analytics and business insight to improve financial reporting, strengthen supply chain performance, and drive measurable food cost and efficiency improvements across our Customer Service Centers (CSCs).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy standardized supply chain tools and analytics to improve performance visibility across CSCs
- Lead creation and enhancement of the Food Cost Tracker and advanced technical reporting solutions
- Analyze spend, food cost, inventory levels, demand planning, and compliance to identify efficiency and cost‑savings opportunities
- Support accurate financial and operational reporting aligned with corporate goals
- Partner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Operations
- Lead documentation and process improvement workgroups to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen cost control, inventory health, and planning accuracy
- Assist with goods receipt tracking and APW issue resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a supply chain or analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Experience with SAP MM and CBase preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and work cross‑functionally
