Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
- Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
- Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing
- Current CPR Certification
- A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
- Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interaction
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
- Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
IP Pediatrics/NICU experience a plus!
- OT will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient pediatric clients. Possible IP Peds/NICU if appropriately skilled.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8-4pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Occupational Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Prefer OT with relevant experience. 1-2 yrs preferred.
- Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
COMPENSATION:

Regulatory, Contractual, and Accreditation Compliance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contacting direct supervisor if someone from a regulatory agency, adult protective services, an investigating body, or police arrives at the home. Cooperates with investigation as directed or required (As events occur). New Jersey employees must cooperate with Department of Human Services (DHS) Staff during an inspection or investigation.
- Complete incident reports in the company electronic system timely and send a copy to direct supervisor for approval. Once approved, the home manager is responsible for filing the report in the incident report (IR) in designated area.
- Ensure that all incident report actions, and corrective action plans (CAP) and/or plans of correction (POC) are implemented accurately and timely.
- Assists direct supervisor with annual documentation updates for individuals served. Responsible for informing direct supervisor of Individuals status changes that required updates to protocols or documentation.
- Ensures compliance with employee training and certifications to meet licensing standards, recipient rights, and accrediting bodies.
- Communicate with state and local regulators openly and as a respected and reliable partner.
Census and Budget Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with direct supervisor, referrals, and regional team to effectively manage census, including Leaves of Absence (LOAs) for assigned homes to ensure budgeted revenue targets are successfully met or exceeded.
- Responsible for getting the direct supervisor all logs and documentation that support the care provided and other documentation as needed.
- Manages assigned home(s) payroll costs: 1) through effective recruitment/hiring and staff retention; 2) by working with direct supervisor to analyze and maintain good staff scheduling practices; and by 3) monitoring and correcting trends that impact costs such as “no shows,” terminations, and overtime.
- Manage the home budget, petty cash fund and individual funds in accordance with company policies. Assures all financial reporting (payroll, petty cash, individual funds, billing, etc.) is timely and accurate.
- Ensures that time-and-attendance and payroll reporting is accurate.
Staffing and Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping direct supervisor informed of current and future staffing changes or shortages.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Enforce at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
- Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
- Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
- Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR
