Job Summary:

The Account Executive serves as a key liaison between our sales team and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement. Leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills, the Account Executive proactively identifies and addresses client needs while facilitating the sales process from initial engagement through successful closure. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth while maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships in line with the company’s highest standards.


Duties/Responsibilities:


· Manage key accounts and foster long-term relationship with clients.

· Act as the point of contact for clients.

· Resolve problems and handle issues in a timely manner.

· Identify new potential customers.

· Ensure budget and time requirements are met.

· Stay up to date with new features and product launches. Learn new product and services features and benefits.

· Establish best practices.

· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

· Create detailed sales business plans

· Set and manage sales goals and quotas

· Manage the entire sales cycle

· Assist in finding prospects and leads. Identify new sales opportunities

· Build strong client relationships

· Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

· Provide customer support when needed

· Provide professional after-sales support

· Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction

· Monitor and report on key sales performance analytics. Prepare and present reports on KPIs


Required Skills/Abilities:


· Proven experience as a Sales account executive

· Hands on experience with customer service

· An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement

· Solid knowledge of SAAS products, MS Office and CRM Software

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Analytical and time-management skills

· Strong team player

· Enthusiastic and passionate, with a sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on company success


Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field

· 5+ years of business development/sales experience or account executive experience


Travel Required:

Up to 25%


Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Type and communicate via commonly used office equipment including telephone and email
