Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.

The hourly base pay range for this position is $14 per hour plus tips ($20-$30 in tips per shift averaging $16-$17 per hour).

Self-Park/Valet Ambassador Hybrid Position

This dynamic role combines traditional responsibilities from a valet attendant with the troubleshooting skills of a Self-Park Customer Service Attendant. This individual plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations across the multiple facets of the operation by assisting customers at entry and exit lanes, parking vehicles when needed, and ensuring a seamless professional parking experience for all. The ideal candidate is flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a valet setting and on foot in the parking garages.

Ambassador Needed: $15.00 per hour (plus tips if offered), Monday-Friday, full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days/8-hour shift), 9:00AM-5:00PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide clear instructions for self-parking, validation procedures, and payment processes.
  • Assist customers experiencing issues with self-park entry/exit equipment.
  • Valet park guest vehicles during peak times or when requested.
  • Address customer concerns, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Valet Duties
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain key control and inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document as necessary.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of valet area and key control stations.
Self-Park & Equipment Support
  • Monitor entry and exit lanes to ensure proper function of gates, and kiosks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment errors (e.g., jammed tickets, card reader issues).
  • Communicate equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.
  • Assist guests with using kiosks and processing.
  • Answering phone when needed with professionalism and troubleshooting mindset
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, must be over 18 years of for insurance purposes
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability Teir 1 troubleshooting skills of the parking systems.
  • The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks (e.g., moving cones, directing traffic, placing out wind master signage).
Work Schedule

May rotate between valet, and entry/exit lane support throughout shift.

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $17-$20 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position can include AM/PM shift times.

Essential Functions

  • Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by manager and the client contact. Must be able to learn and remember pick-up and destination points. Knowledge of all property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities as well as main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.- 40%
  • Must be able to communicate by telephone, two-way radio and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with all guests, location staff and co-workers. Acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Uses guest last name at all times when appropriate. Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure. Appropriately uses salutation of the day and welcome to property.- 20%
  • Can only operate a vehicle that seats eight people or less, including driver. Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior courtesy lights, air-conditioning or heating, warning lamps, mirror adjustment, properly inflated tires, windshield wipers, vehicle damage, etc. prior to moving vehicle. Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage and submits to manager.- 20%
  • Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements. Maintains the security of client financial and identifying information. May not provide "lift" services or assistance to any hotel or hospital guest; only offer a hand for assistance. Check wheelchairs for safe operation prior to each use and must clean wheelchairs after each use. Must be able to assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle. May be required to use specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts.-20%

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen and other requirements set forth by the client
  • Due to vehicle leasing contract requirements must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times
  • Pass annual / semiannual MVR check
  • Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park as applicable
