What will you do?

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Hosts to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the  host station.

What will you do?

• Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
• Assist with Dining Room clean up at the end of shift 

More about you

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Baristas to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. Opportunities may be available for partial or full season placements. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating team members and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications. What will you do?

• Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in opening or closing of the location.
• Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point of sale system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.  
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
