About the Job:
The eCommerce Copywriter creates engaging product descriptions enhancing the overall customer experience and product knowledge to consumers. They will compose a high volume of original and creative product copy for a variety of retail products and lifestyle brands. The Copywriter must have excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative environment in an effort to blend technical and editorial information with SEO and Digital Marketing strategies. They will be able to write with an effective brand-appropriate and culturally relevant voice for an array of vendors. The Copywriter must show a high attention to detail in previewing and releasing products live into the storefront.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Demonstrates a proficiency in writing and communication skills with an aptitude for grammatical rules and conventions.
- Excellent proof reading and self-editing skills of all materials to ensure correct and consistent copy.
- Works closely with Merchandising and Digital Marketing teams to create a strong and cohesive customer experience across all platforms.
- Responsible for input of product data and copy, as well as previewing and releasing all aspects of product detail pages (Grammatical errors, image issues, missing logos, etc.) before going live.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals such as keyword strategy; ability to balance SEO strategy with conversion-focused, customer-centric writing.

The Sales Representative is a growth-focused role responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding NuSil's presence in the medical device industry within an assigned territory.
This role emphasizes hunting, consultative selling, and business development, while also growing strategic relationships with existing customers.
You will have the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting through close-by identifying customer needs, positioning NuSil's value proposition, and delivering solution-based offerings that drive revenue growth.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$86,250.00 - $146,912.50This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$123,250.00 - $209,875.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.

About the PositionAs a Senior Lifeguard (Lieutenant), you will supervise the operation of your assigned county-operated beach, patrolling to prevent accidents, performing rescues, administering medical assistance (first aid and CPR), and maintaining order per Sarasota County ordinances. - Oversee daily operations of your assigned County-operated beach, including overseeing Lifeguard station operations, supervising Beach Lifeguards, and supervising all activities directed towards saving lives and preventing injury to patrons.
- Work as part of the Lifeguard Operations leadership team to motivate others and support leadership.
- Assist in the development and continued training of Lifeguards.
- Assist Lifeguard Captains in completing Lifeguard performance evaluations by providing input. Promote appropriate employee conduct in a constructive and corrective way. Educate Beach Lifeguards through verbal warnings and issue corrective counseling as necessary; refer higher-level disciplinary actions to Lifeguard Captains.
- Clean the lifeguard office and storage areas daily, and as needed. Maintain inventory of first aid supplies, ordering supplies as needed.
- Complete incident reports, daily operational reports, and statistical record reporting on time and accurately.
- Keep beaches safe by maintaining order and discipline and enforcing County ordinances. Explain and interpret operational and programmatic rules and regulations for patrons; enforce or refer enforcement to proper authorities.
- Rescue swimmers in distress. Administer first aid and/or CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and oxygen following appropriate medical protocols; call for emergency assistance when necessary.
- Inspect assigned area(s) to ensure proper warning signs and safety devices are properly posted or in place. Assist the public by providing beach condition information, including unsafe or hazardous swimming conditions.
- Operate county-issued equipment, which may include radio, vehicle, boat, and jet ski, and perform preventative equipment maintenance duties, as necessary.
- Participate in training activities. Assist in aquatic programs such as learn-to-swim classes, water safety classes, and special events.
- Assist in public relations, including answering phones, providing customer service, and taking messages.
Work Hours:
- Beach hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
- Lifeguards work 40 hours per week, with overtime and flexible shifts available.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of open water lifeguard experience.
- Ability to pass the Sarasota County's Basic Lifeguard Performance Test, which includes:
- mile run (4:00 minute time limit)
- 500-meter pool swim (10:00 minute time limit)
- 200-yard beach run with 50-yard swim rescue ( 4:00 minute time limit)
- 100-yard board rescue (4:00 minute time limit) (those with prior open water experience only)
- Current CPR/AED and Emergency Response certificate.
- Ability to re-qualify for Sarasota County Basic Lifeguard Performance Test, biannually.
- Valid Florida Driver's License at time of hire, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMT certification.
- Prior supervisory experience.
Physical Demands:
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- This position works outdoors, and during a red tide, there may be fumes/airborne particles.
- There is also a risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Special Note: This position works where children regularly congregate, and in accordance with Florida Statutes, applicants must pass a criminal sexual predator and sexual offender background check.
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five years.

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and overseeing the daily operation in EM (Electro Mechanical) assembly and for direct and indirect supervision of the EM assembly personnel. The Manufacturing Manager ensures that products are produced safely, at the highest quality level and cost efficiently and that products are delivered on time. Additionally, the Manufacturing Manager has overall site EHS and facility management responsibility. This is a 100% on-site role.

EM Assembly
- Oversee EM operational systems and processes assuring practices are consistent and processes are followed while looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Formulate EM strategic and operational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with planning, purchasing and warehouse departments.
- Ensure parts are available and ready prior to initiating assembly.
- Resolve issues in their respective areas that prevent EM from starting assembly as planned.
- Lead direct and indirect reports, ten to twenty total employees.
- Set expectations for direct and indirect employees and ensure performance meets expectations.
- Address performance issues, lead hiring and training.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides solutions to prevent and mitigate risks.
- Monitor EM KPIs. Creates mitigation plans when measures consistently miss target and/or trend negative.
- Work with Quality Manager to put quality controls in place to ensure EM tasks are performed on-time at the highest quality level while finding ways to improve quality.
Facility
- Communicates and coordinates with landlord the repair & maintenance of the building/grounds including emergency and preventive type repairs and ensuring work is completed appropriately and on-time.
- Monitors the safety and cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas including custodial functions.
- Manages and reviews facility service contracts.
- Ensures facilities inspections are completed, results documented and corrections executed as needed.
EHS
- Organizes and leads the Safety Team.
- Assist Human Resources as needed to ensure employees conduct annual safety training.
- Be the site liaison to Corporate EHS team.
- Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
- Be the liaison to OSHA, includes submission of annual reports and notification of incidents.

Required Experience
- Minimum of seven years’ work experience in manufacturing leadership role.
- Minimum of two (2) years managing a staff, proven success in leading teams and improving performance.
- Experience working in with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in electromechanical assembly. More weighted to electro than mechanical.
- Experience in an operation that uses a MRP system.
- Experience with Oracle’s on prem or cloud MRP system.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Bakersfield, CA office. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of entry/intermediate professionals or Supervisors with a focus on setting objectives, plans and tactics with direct impact on the immediate or short-term operational results of the department!
What we're looking for:
