Essential Work Functions:
- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families, providing reassurance and addressing concerns
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved obstetric nursing techniques
- Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination of patients
- Provide immediate postpartum care, including assessment and stabilization of mother and newborn
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other team members to deliver cohesive care
- Respond to obstetric emergencies, including preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distress, using evidence-based protocols
- Document patient care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the medical record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal and neonatal outcomes
- Perform fetal monitoring and interpret results
- Assist in cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures
- Comply with all regulatory standards, including hospital policies, state laws, and federal guidelines for obstetric nursing care

Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. The RN prepares patients for procedures, assists during interventions, and monitors immediate post-procedure recovery. Working closely with cardiologists and cath lab teams, this role requires advanced cardiac care skills, cardiac catheterization skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Work Functions:
- Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
- Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
- Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
- Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
- Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
- Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
- Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
- Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

As a member of the US/Canada EHS Team, the Tuscaloosa Plant EHS Manager will be responsible for managing and sustaining the EHS management system, driving EHS performance , analyzing and finding trends to drive action.
The Role
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure execution of EHS policies, providing guidance on program feasibility, and implementing EH&S corporate directives and guidelines for locations within responsibility.
- Partner with and influence all departments, Operations, ensuring their needs are supported and coordinated with EHS requirements, guidance, and best practices.
- Perform recurrent (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual) depending on the necessity) EHS reviews with applicable departments, with key operating leaders and EHS team to ensure a satisfactory performance on EHS metrics and develop and track plant specific improvements plans to drive continuous improvement of EHS programs and processes.
- Establish and maintain appropriate compliance assurance processes and adhere to company specific EHS requirements; Perform and coordinate audits to ensure compliance to applicable legal and other requirements (customers, investor, and corporate requirements) in the assigned plant. Assist with aggressive abatement of findings, and tracking actions to closure.
- Ensure data integrity, accurate and on time reporting.
- Ensure thorough incident investigations are conducted for all significant EHS incidents. Publish EHS Alerts for incidents, and coordinate read across of relevant EHS incidents occurring at assigned company sites.
- Establish, implement, manage & sustain the EHSMS (ISO14001 & ISO45001). Guide initiative-taking plans to identify and control risks.
- Establish relationships with regional governmental agencies, as appropriate; interact and negotiate with governmental entities on behalf of the company.
- Ensure injured worker information is submitted to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in a timely manner. Interact with the TPA and medical community to gain an understanding of the status of claims. Interact with plant management to ensure an effective Return to Work program. Create workers’ compensation user control reports on a periodic basis. Maintain the OSHA 300 log and ensure injuries/illnesses are accurately logged.
- Ensure the implementation and management of Ergonomic, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement programs to boost the EHS culture.
- Manage the By Product Management Program to assure the right disposition of all by products (waste materials).
- Ensure legal and corporate requirement compliance when opening/closing a plant.
- Coordinate budget planning to ensure needed capital and expense funding is included in the businesses operating plan.
Your Qualifications
- 4 Year University Degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental or associated field desired
- Ability to interact with EHS across multiple sites and across different regions.
- Availability to travel to support EHS leaders toward initiatives implementation.

Pharmaceutical Contract Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the design, construction, validation, and operational readiness of a new 503B Outsourcing Facility in Charleston, SC. This project involves the build-out of a modular cleanroom pharmaceutical manufacturing area, within an existing structure, to be compliant with U.S. FDA 503B regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as outlined in 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211.
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of the facility build, including planning, vendor coordination, cleanroom installation, utilities integration, validation, regulatory readiness, and handoff to operations
This is a 12 – 18 month contract position paying $95-100/hr. on C2C or $75 on a W2 basis. This position is based in Charleston SC
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of a modular cleanroom manufacturing and supporting structure area build.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Validation, Manufacturing, and Executive Leader
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, cleanroom vendors, equipment suppliers, and consultants
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timeline and budget.
Facility Design & Construction Oversight
- Oversee modular cleanroom design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Ensure facility layout supports compliant workflows, material/personnel flows, and environmental controls.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, HEPA filtration, and critical utility systems (WFI, clean steam, compressed gases, etc.).
- Manage general contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and cGMP requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure facility design and build align with Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and applicable FDA guidance.
- Support readiness for FDA inspection and state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality and Validation teams to ensure proper documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols).
- Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and applicable USP chapters (e.g., USP , ).
Validation & Commissioning
- Oversee commissioning and qualification activities for cleanrooms and critical systems
- Coordinate environmental monitoring setup and validation activities.
- Support process simulation activities for sterility assurance.
- Support development of SOPs related to facilities and equipment.
- Ensure successful facility turnover to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage capital expenditure budget and vendor contracts.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular executive-level updates.
- Ensure change control processes are followed for scope, schedule, and budget modifications.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or sterile compounding environments. Overall experience in the ball park of over 15 years.
- Demonstrated experience leading construction or expansion of GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities.
- Direct experience with cleanroom builds (ISO 7/8 and higher classification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations and 503B outsourcing facility requirements.
- Experience managing modular construction projects preferred
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project and/or other project management software.
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Life Sciences, or related field (PMP certification preferred).

Hiring Manager Notes: Manager is looking for a candidate with a strong project management background who can aggressively deliver timelines, multitask across projects, has in-building experience handling DAS, venue, stadium, and hotel projects, and possesses telecom carrier experience with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions related to Real Estate In-Building & Macro Modification projects, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
- Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations and communications.
- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
- PMP Certification or training preferred
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Create Dashboards, monitor Real Estate program data, work with Real Estate Specialist for project delivery
- Ability to effectively manage vendors and projects
- Proven track record of meeting goals.
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, oral/written communications skills, and organizational skills.
- Tableau/Dashboard experience of creating charts, projects and reports
Desired Skills:
- Real Estate knowledge and background working with Specialists & vendor
- Financial acumen, processing PO’s and reports
- In-Building and Microwave/Transport Experience
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree, PMP & Agile Certifications preferred

- Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and other roles within your given region.
- Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
- Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
- Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
- Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
- Daily administrative functions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the business, human resources, management, operations or transportation field
- High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
