Position Summary:

Position Requirements:
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
Must be registered in the subspecialty of CT or be registry eligible and pass CT registry within 8 months of hire date.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Preference of at least one year work experience in hospital environment working in CT/X-RAY after graduation and accreditation; however, we are willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Possesses knowledge of CT scanning and has general knowledge of many types of x-ray equipment and computers. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health. Has had training in fluoroscopy, surgery and routine studies.
Willing to perform above functions daily as need in both modalities.

The Role – Health & Safety Manager
The Health & Safety Manager will take ownership of the company’s HSE strategy across Ireland and Europe, supporting multiple renewable energy construction projects including wind farms, solar developments, battery storage, grid infrastructure and data centres.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of best in class health and safety systems while ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU legislation. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture across multiple sites, improving reporting frameworks and ensuring that all projects operate to the highest safety standards.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams across Europe, providing guidance on risk management, audits, incident investigations and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued expansion of the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the company’s HSE strategy across renewable energy projects in Ireland and Europe
- Ensure compliance with Irish and European health and safety legislation including Construction Regulations, PUWER, LOLER and associated directives
- Manage and maintain HSE management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across all project locations
- Carry out internal and external HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Provide guidance to project teams on RAMS, risk assessments, permit to work systems and safe work planning

- Develop and maintain HSE performance reporting and KPIs across multiple European projects

- Participates in risk management as it relates to nursing practice including investigating, identifying, and communicating issues. Incorporates evidence into all clinical activities. Actively participates in research, evidence-based practice (EBP) and performance improvement activities.
- Leads and manages a wide array of high visibility, multidisciplinary projects aimed at improving hospital performance in areas including, but not limited to, infection prevention, safety, compliance, regulatory and nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver scheduled Catholic RE curriculum
- Set up classrooms and remain on site until all students are collected
- Develop an annual RE programme plan, calendar and budget for approval
- Recruit, train and support volunteer teachers and substitutes
- Run at least two volunteer training workshops per year
- Monitor attendance and provide monthly reports
- Organise Vacation Bible School and the annual Christmas programme (as required)
- Promote small group ministries and support chapel volunteer roles
- Maintain facility security, cleanliness and equipment care

The Person:
To succeed as a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, you will:
- Have experience managing religious education or similar programmes
- Be confident working with volunteers
- Be comfortable in a multi-faith, culturally diverse setting
- Have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around facilities, including stairs
- Qualify for certification through the Archdiocese of Military Services, including Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and Viaticum
