POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides comprehensive specialty health care to a population that has multiple health care needs in the University Health network of community-based ambulatory care centers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of residency program from the time of graduation from medical school in excess of the traditional time period for the practice specialty must be fully explained in writing. All incumbents will be expected to be board certified in their specialty or be eligible for board certification. Must obtain board certification in accordance with Medical-Dental Staff bylaws.
LICENSURE
Must possess current license to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Must maintain current AHA BLS or higher in accordance with Medical-Dental Staff bylaws. Providers practicing in acute care environment must obtain AHA ACLS certification or advanced specialty equivalent as defined by the UMA Credentials Committee within 90 days of hire. Must maintain DEA number. Must follow rules/regulations as set forth by the Texas Medical Board Medical Practice Act.

The Coordinator supports a variety of administrative activities assisting the division personnel in performing their duties and responsibilities with a high degree of safety, reliability, and efficiency within the department. This individual contributor role is responsible for working with the leadership of the Material, Components, Transitions, Maintenance Planning & Technical training teams to efficiently manage the administrative, technology and business management functions of the team.
Key Duties
- Assists the department leadership with creation and publishing of departmental metrics, policies, and other guidelines.
- Administers division SharePoint sites and updates content for division users.
- Manages calendaring activities for the Director(s) and Managing Director(s), coordinating, scheduling requests from internal customers, including senior executives and vendors, as well as arranging meeting locations, equipment, and catering needs for on-site and/or off-site meetings.
- Manages new employee onboarding processes to ensure appropriate accommodations, badging, tools, and other resources are available to maximize the new employee experience and efficiency.
- Coordinates the Uniform needs for Stores personnel.
- Coordinates vendor invoice processing and coordination with AP to ensure prompt and timely payment of supplier invoices.
- Coordinates office supplies for assigned departments.
- Coordinates division and departmental recognition programs and assists with employee engagement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The role of the Salon Customer Experience Specialist is to provide an exceptional client experience while driving retail sales performance and maintaining the look and feel of the Salon through core standard execution.
Primary Responsibilities:Client Experience- Helps drive the client experience while maximizing sales potential of each client
- Ensures proper scheduling and continuing appointments, including walk-in clients, booking and re-booking

Job Description
Training/Base pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 upon completion of training.
We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $25.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.
However, the earning potential is much higher!
Schedule: 2 days off during the week; during slower season enjoy a four-on, three-off schedule.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, variable part-time hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
