This is an important role for someone who is highly organized, proactive and resourceful. You’ll support our three founders across a wide range of business needs while maintaining a polished, well-run office environment for the team.
This is not a traditional EA role centered primarily around calendar management, inbox management, or travel booking. Instead, it’s a highly dynamic role for someone excited to be useful across executive support, coordination, office operations, content support, and evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Support founders across a range of day-to-day and ad hoc needs
- Take ownership of special projects tied to company needs, whether that means supporting hiring efforts, contributing to office-related decisions, or helping push forward whatever is most important at a given moment
Content & Creative Support
A meaningful part of this role will involve supporting content-related work with one of our co-founders, Mathew. This is a real responsibility in the role today, though the exact mix of tasks may evolve over time based on business needs. Areas of support may include:
- Minor social media editing
- Monitoring posting schedules and helping ensure content gets posted across platforms
- Drafting or generating social media captions
- Providing filming assistance as needed
- Monitoring social community activity
- Gathering user-generated content
- Participating in creative brainstorming
- Helping streamline creative workflows and processes using prompts and AI tools where useful
Office Operations & Environment
- Own the appearance and day-to-day upkeep of the front office, kitchen, break room, and all common areas

- Manage office inventory across supplies, pantry items, coffee, and other essentials

Culture & Team Events

Large-Scale Event & Shoot Support

Position Summary:
Perform broad support engineering functions for engineering group in assistance to project and product related taskings from Engineering Management for the thermal product line. Enable successful task completion to produce technical value from the company.
Applies knowledge and understanding of process, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering to form documents, calculations, and drawings. Manages projects on multiple technologies, and contracts as required. Aids in procurement, document control and other technical administration functions. Develops new suppliers and supply philosophies for thermal products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Aids in growth of company with a focus on wastewater business line technical services, ranging from Biosolids treatment to conveyance and disposal management.
- Engages clients in meaningful discussions about their most critical issues and translates those discussions into opportunities to deliver complete Project solutions. Captures technical notes.
- Actively participate in pursuit decisions, and in proposal and pricing development.
- Engage and develop relationships with key Industry partners including Vendors, Contractors and Licensing agreements that can help advance position in the marketplace.
- Responsible for collecting all regulatory required data, compiling regulatory reports, maintaining files of analysis results and regulatory reports and coordinating research.
- Manage the technical aspect of projects through the engineering process by assigning work, controlling standards, and evaluating results while controlling engineering costs. Reporting on any variations to management.

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Ad Operations & Monetization to help scale and optimize our digital advertising business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, ad technology, and revenue operations, responsible for both executing digital advertising campaigns and helping develop the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for our streaming and digital platforms.
The position will partner closely with both digital and sales leadership to ensure digital advertising products are structured competitively and delivered effectively across all digital distribution channels, including CTV, web, mobile and social. In addition to running day-to-day ad operations, this individual will evaluate our ad tech stack, vendor ecosystem, and operational workflows, helping shape the systems and processes needed to support continued digital revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Ad Operations & Campaign Execution
- Own day-to-day digital ad operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, and reporting across streaming, FAST, web, and social platforms.

About the Role
Copper Compression is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to own end-to-end inventory planning, purchasing, and replenishment across all sales channels. This role is the operational backbone of our business—responsible for ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time across Amazon, Walmart, CVS, and other Food, Drug, and Mass channels, as well as our DTC channel.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position. You will work directly with the President, VP of Digital Commerce, VP of Wholesale Sales, and our Controller. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, consistent, collaborative, and takes pride in getting things right before being asked.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Build, maintain, and continuously refine demand forecasts by SKU across all channels, incorporating historical sales data, promotional calendars, seasonal trends, and retailer-specific inputs.
• Develop channel-specific demand plans for Amazon (US FBA), Walmart (replenishment), CVS, Menards, off-price (TJX/Marshalls), Wegmans, Harris Teeter, and Publix.

Supply Planning & Purchasing

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of apparel design experience, with demonstrated ownership of full-season development from concept through pre-production.
- Strong understanding of fit. Can direct a fitting on a fit model with confidence, across categories and fabrications.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide projects, influence cross-functional partners, and manage external contractors.
- Proven experience partnering closely with Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Technical Design teams.
- Deep understanding of apparel construction, materials, fit, and print development.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and comfort working within PLM systems, seasonal calendars, and structured development processes.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking experienced and innovative leaders to support our growing markets in the retail space. Our District Managers are responsible for overseeing operations of assigned stores and are accountable for overall operations, staffing and merchandising of retail stores. The District Manager is the immediate supervisor of the store managers and work closely with them to ensure that each store is achieving maximum profitability through execution of short- and long-term strategies. Responsible for providing leadership, executing corporate directives and developing strategies to maximize people development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the overall operations and sales performance of multiple retail locations within assigned area.
· Provide leadership and strategic direction to each retail store team to create an environment that ensures guest satisfaction, maximum productivity, profitability and sales results.
· Responsible for conducting store visits focused on people, customer service, store contribution, and adherence to loss prevention initiatives.
· Manage all appropriate merchandising programs in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to company established standards of store presentation.
· Anticipate, analyze and determine all sales and operational opportunities within the marketplace and contribute ideas, strategies and innovations based on knowledge of local market conditions and store environment.
· Ensure stores have proper inventory levels to support sales growth and to meet local market demand.
· Complete store visit reports per an established visitation cycle ensuring time for efficient and effective store visits and follow up as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, insurance verification and arrange delivery
- Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
- Place outbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
- Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Utilize proper escalation channels to meet patient needs & resolve open issues
- Research required information using available resources
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineering
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Appropriate industry experience is necessary
