Job Description Summary
The Program Manager for the Southeast Market provides essential executive support, program coordination, project management, grants management, and operational oversight to strengthen the effectiveness of the Southeast team. This role supports market leadership and operations, while also supporting the planning, implementation and advancement of Southeast programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Department Coordination
Provide direct, high-level support to the Vice President & Market Leader, Southeast, while also supporting the broader Southeast Market team.
Manage complex executive calendar, ensuring proactive scheduling, prioritization, and clarity.
Coordinate all aspects of Market Leader appointments, meetings, events, conferences, and calls.
Coordinate executive travel, including itinerary preparation, meeting agendas, logistics, and documentation.
Prepare, reconcile, and track travel and expense reports.
Provide broad administrative coordination across the department, maintaining day-to-day market operations.
Program Coordination & Development Support
Assist in program development by participating in the planning and execution of program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Support competitive Request for Proposals (RFPs) by coordinating application intake, review processes, and documentation.
Conduct due diligence for pass-through grants and contracts, ensuring accurate routing and compliance.
Manage and support grantee relationships, including communication, progress tracking, deliverable review, and documentation.
Maintain organized program outcomes, budget, and performance trackers that inform program decisions and reporting.
Support planning and documentation for program processes, workflows, and implementation strategies.
Project Management & Initiative Implementation
Manage multiple concurrent projects across the Southeast Market, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines.

Grant Intake, Review & Monitoring

Budget Management & Financial Coordination
Assist in monitoring and managing program budgets, expenditures, and financial tracking.

Partner Interaction & Stakeholder Communication

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or executive support roles.

Exceptional organizational ability with proven experience managing multiple competing priorities.
Willingness to assist with in person events to include the setup and breakdown of food, drinks, tables, chairs and any other supplies as needed.

The Learning Management System, Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and day-to-day operation of the learning management system (LMS) at Enterprise Community Partners. Initially, this role will be responsible for project managing the execution of LMS strategy, identifying significant milestones for LMS implementation, and leading the development/testing phases of the LMS with internal and external partners. This role will be responsible for partnering with Organizational Development leadership to successfully launch and integrate the LMS within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Project manage the design, testing, and integration of the LMS organization
wide. Collaborate with Organizational Development & Talent Management
Senior Director and team to maintain and optimize the LMS.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the LMS ensuring seamless functionality
and a user-friendly experience for Enterprisers (employees). Responsibilities
include user account management, course or cohort assignment, transcript
process, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting platform or user issues.
Establish and maintain content standards, ensuring consistency in tone,
structure, and format across all training materials and end user experience.
Regularly review and update LMS content to reflect changes and best
practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to guide and support the design and
implementation of training programs for Enterprisers (employees), including
onboarding content for new hires and continuous education for existing staff.
Develop, build, and analyze reports on LMS usage and key performance
indicators. Monitor and analyze learner progress, course completion rates, and

Stay updated on LMS product features in the Workday platform and best
practices for LMS management. Suggest and implement improvements to the
training system based on internal feedback and emerging trends in eLearning

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certification in education, IT, Talent Development,

- Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

We are seeking a board-certified forensic pathologist or board-eligible forensic pathologist (still within 2-3 years of completing a fellowship program in forensic pathology) to serve counties in the northern California region who can work independently but in consultation with a supervising forensic pathologist. This is a flexible hybrid work schedule, performing autopsies as needed, while allowing cases to be completed from home. The expected area of residency will be in the beautiful wine country of Napa Valley and Santa Rosa.
*Responsibilities*
· Perform coroner, hospital, and private autopsies on decedents of all ages, including but not limited to, fetuses, neonates, and infants.
· Perform autopsies on all manners of death with an understanding that there may be unique protocols for unique cases.
· Complete routine autopsy prosections and dissections within one or two hours, and complete final autopsy reports within 3 months for coroner cases, and within 45-60 days for hospital cases.
· Be competent and effective in testifying in court and other legal hearings, presenting autopsy evidence and conclusions succinctly, concisely and precisely.
· Work collaboratively with personnel and law enforcement from different counties as part of death investigation teams, including but not limited coroners, police, sheriff and district attorney departments.
