The Auto Property Damage Claims Representative is responsible for managing Auto Property Damage claims within our “Auto PD Claim Unit.” This role demands a high level of customer service, patience, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment with significant phone interaction. Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to navigate adversarial situations with professionalism is critical. Comparative negligence claim handling experience is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Policy Analysis:
- Investigate and interpret policy provisions, endorsements, and conditions to determine coverage for automobile property claims.
- Identify and investigate contested coverage claims that may require a roundtable discussion.
Claim Investigation:
- Investigate auto accidents to assess liability by interviewing first- and third-party claimants, witnesses, investigating officers, and other relevant parties.
- Secure and analyze pertinent records, documentation, and loss scene information to determine proximate cause, negligence, and damages.
Claims Management:
- Evaluate and adjust reserves as necessary.
- Prepare dispatch instructions for field personnel to inspect vehicles.
- Negotiate and settle claims within individual authority limits and seek supervisor approval for claims exceeding authority or requiring additional guidance.
- Maintain effective follow-up systems on pending files, advising insureds, claimants, and brokers on claim status.
- Act as an intermediary between the company, preferred vendors, and customers to resolve disputes.
- Ensure adherence to privacy guidelines, laws, and regulations in claims handling.
Subrogation and Legal Handling:
- Investigate and initiate subrogation processes when applicable.
- Handle and respond to special civil part lawsuits or intercompany arbitrations related to auto property damage claims.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage a customer-focused phone environment by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails and text correspondence promptly.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail timely and in accordance with state guidelines.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 1 year of related PD claim experience is welcomed but not required.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
SALARY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $47,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

As a Quality Control Manager, you will ensure the project is built within contract document specifications, owner requirements, and comply with local, state, and federal building codes. You will coordinate with other trades, process daily reports of project progress and adhere to all guidelines issued by the owner. What you will be doing:
- Interacts with customers by phone, email, or in person and receives orders or changes in service.
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Processes and inputs all customer orders and receipts. Runs stock reports to check for product availability.
- Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests, and posts inventory records.
- Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests with the transportation departments, expediting orders, as necessary.
- Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracing information.
- Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices.
- Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

8 Family Practice physicians Hospitalists provide 24/7 inpatient coverage, including weekends, at Medical Center 9 full-time mid-level primary care providers in clinic locations A telephone triage system to screen after-hours calls.
Specialists available in main office offices include urology, orthopedics and sports medicine, general surgery, ophthalmology, and hematology/oncology.
Pathologists work at Medical Center s clinical laboratory.
Access to Medical Center outpatient clinics including Cardiology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, Ear, Nose and Throat, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Nephrology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology, along with diabetes counseling (delivered at Health Center) and nutritional therapy Status: Full-time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (option ); 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (option ); Weekend hours are provided at our main Health Center, and may become part of the secondary Health Center schedule in response to the health care access needs of our communities.
Evening hours are provided at both health centers.
