As a Principal Associate in Capital One's Retail Banking Strategy Risk Office, you will apply your analytical and delivery skills to our highest profile Risk Management projects. You will partner across three divisions: Retail Bank, Emerging Merchan Businesses (EMB) and Premium Products, to develop and support cutting-edge Risk solutions in a manner that supports innovation and protects our customers, shareholders, and associates. Retail Banking Strategy Risk professionals are experienced, well-trained, and progressive individuals that operate within a highly collaborative team environment to deliver value-added risk services to our business partners. The Principal Associate candidate will be a highly-motivated Risk Management professional with excellent support, analytical, planning, collaboration, and communication skills.

This role supports the horizontal Third Party Risk Program for Retail Bank, Premium Products and Emerging Merchant Businesses. Specifically, this role will:

• Provide guidance, expertise and support for Third Party Risk Management initiatives
• Support all areas of the Third Party Risk Program to include reporting, governance and routines
• Assist with identification, tracking and mitigation of Third Party Risks including management of controls, risks and issues
• Partner with other Line of Business Risk offices, Second Line Risk Management functions and other appropriate stakeholders and partners
• Assist with development, delivery, and support of data analytics for the Third Party Risk Management Program Framework
• Collaborate with team to iterate on Third Party Program Framework maturity

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of Process or Project Management experience

• 3+ years of Risk Management or compensatory experience
• 1+ year of Third Party or Enterprise Supplier Management experience
• 3+ years operating in a cross functional capacity and/or managing complex initiatives
• At least one year of experience using Google Suite of products (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Sites)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time 3rd Party Marketplace Manager to join our team on-site in Grimes, IA. This role involves managing and optimizing listings on various third-party marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information and competitive pricing. You will analyze market trends, oversee inventory levels, and implement strategies to drive sales growth on 3rd party marketplaces such as Gunbroker, Ebay, Amazon, and more. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, handling marketplace performance metrics, monitoring and abiding by MAP polices, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain successful operations. Communicating and running advertising on 3rd party marketplaces, and Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and providing insights for process improvements are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and optimizing listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms.
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee inventory, pricing, and compliance.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with firearms, ammunition, optics, or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools, platforms, and basic knowledge of SEO is beneficial.

Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop at our store and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed to deliver our Brand Promises.

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs.

As a Mr Game Room video game truck driver and party host, you will be expected to conduct video game parties all around Columbus and Central Ohio.  Ability to drive a pick up truck towing a large trailer is a BIG PLUS.  Must be excellent at customer service, like video games, enjoy helping kids play video games and have an outgoing personality is another BIG PLUS.  we do a lot of video game parties mostly on weekends and tips are very good.  We are expanding and work is available during the week as well, offering a flexible work schedule.  Looking for the right person to move into a leadership position. Overview:

As a Sr. Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding the day-to-day and strategic direction of the company's IT security and compliance initiatives. You will help shape and implement our security posture, support regulatory compliance efforts (HIPAA, SOC 2), and serve as a trusted advisor across both technical and non-technical teams.
