Entry Level Account Manager Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Account Manager located in New Orleans, LA. The Account Manager will be responsible for proactive customer engagement, effectively communicating the value of products and services, identifying and connecting with potential clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training and mentorship programs to build essential skills and knowledge in sales.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager Role:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and strategies through training
• Hands-on experience working with customers in a retail setting, hospitality, or restaurant is a plus
• Drive to meet and exceed sales targets and work in a goal-oriented team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
