PRIMARY PURPOSE
CNA is hiring for the role of Facilities Security Escort, evening shift, in a part-time capacity. The role is in Facilities under the Chief Financial Office (CFO). The Facilities Team is responsible for all real estate management, facility maintenance, conference operations including meetings and events, AV, and mail services. This position will be from 6:00 - 10:00 PM Eastern, and they will provide escort services to visitors and conduct security inspections of CNA facilities. - Escort cleaning and other contractor personnel within the CNA facility
- Assist with the distribution of materials within the facility, such as pamphlets and other information
- Identify facility maintenance, repair, and cleaning issues and report back to supervisor
- Assist Conference Services with conference set-up and breakdown
- Assist Security with pampering and other security reporting requirements
- Other duties as assigned.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Position Purpose:
RN III – senior: Practice is guided by nursing process & policy / procedure / standards. Maintains focused area of expertise for care / program & / or provides interventions or knowledge within niche areas of care / program; Advances professional / shared governance, collaborates inter & intra-professionally, delegates to others to advance care, assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility; Able to lead a small team; Serve as a unit / service / program nursing practice mentor & identify learning need of others.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Current Iowa RN license, (current IL license if working in IL) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.
Specialty practice certification is preferred..
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health and MercyOne.
