AGE Solutions is looking for a Sr. Cross Domain Solutions Support Specialist to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this position, you will organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes. You will also participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels to include CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and PMs to resolve non-compliance issues identified in the Cybersecurity Scorecard.
- Keep DISA senior leadership and cybersecurity stakeholders informed of all Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance findings.
- Serve as the primary briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews at CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC boards.
- Apply broad technical expertise in cybersecurity, networking, system architecture, cross-domain technologies, DMZ design, and controlled interfaces.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels.
- Support the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues and actions.
- Implement CDTAB strategic goals including policy planning, risk analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify and propose issues requiring CDTAB risk decisions and organize topics for monthly meetings.
- Execute DSAWG strategic goals and conduct risk and vulnerability assessments for related initiatives.
- Maintain DSAWG and CDTAB online platforms, ensuring access to briefings, policies, references, tracking tools, and contact directories.
- Notify the CDTAB community of all CDS tickets and requests pending review.
- Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Communicate deadlines for submission of agendas, briefs, and discussion topics.
- Draft, proof, and distribute meeting materials to DSAWG and CDTAB members in advance.
- Maintain standardized briefing templates and formats for both forums.
- Record and publish all meeting minutes, decisions, briefings, and supporting documents.
- Keep updated contact lists and email distribution groups for members and advisors.
- Develop monthly status reports (MSRs) for CDTAB and DSAWG.
- Prepare up to 10 SOPs or internal documents annually.
- Create up to 5 technical papers per year on DSAWG-related issues for coordination with DoD/IC stakeholders.
- Produce up to 12 white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans annually to support RE4 functions.
- Manage monthly ballots for CDTAB and DSAWG, averaging 20 CDS requests, 20 tickets, 10-20 briefings, and 15 annual reviews-volume may vary monthly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management teams
- Five (5) or more years IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III certification
- Functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy
- Expert level knowledge and experience as a technical expert providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives in areas such as but not limited to; Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management.
- Expert level knowledge in guiding the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role Proven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior-level DoD boards (e.g., CDTAB, DSAWG, IRSMC)

The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator is a vital role in our healthcare organization, responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry of paper claims into our claims processing system. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, particularly in relation to Claim Acknowledgement Regulatory Turn Around Time Guidelines, with a 95% accuracy rate. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying provider/vendor and/or eligibility maintenance claim work queues for internal department review as necessary. This role also provides essential back-up for our Claims Department, including tasks such as batching, sorting, monitoring, and maintaining claim batches for audit review. The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator will also handle claims inquiry status calls.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of received paper claims into the claims processing system.
- Compliance with all regulatory guidelines, particularly those related to Claim Acknowledgement Regulatory Turn Around Time Guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical claims customer service experience in an HMO environment (i.e., MSO, IPA or Health Plan).
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data entry experience is required. Experience working in a medical billing office or health plan is preferred.
- Must be able to key between 6,000 and 8,000 keystrokes or type 40 – 50 WPM with high accuracy for alpha and numeric data inputting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Must be detailed oriented, attentive, organized, and able to follow directions.
- Experience with medical terminology is a definite plus.
- Basic knowledge of ICD10, HCPCS and CPT codes.
- Knowledge of basic concepts of managed care.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to write and to verbally communicate effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Keeps stock and materials in orderly fashion.
Responsible for delivering material to production equipment according to production schedules.
Follow rules and procedures related to the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, also including reporting any missing, broken, bent or worn parts of forklift to supervisor and/or maintenance.
Alert to any obvious defects of incoming material.
Adheres to all safety and work rules, company policies and procedures.
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED.
Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.
Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
Ability to obtain and maintain PCA certified forklift license.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
This job is for 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm
Must have 3 years forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and within a team, effectively communicating with members.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Starting salary for position: $28.01 per hour.
- Bonus: Annual Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Responsibilities:Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
Other duties as assigned.
May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Utility Clerk activities:
- Assists customers
- Bags groceries
- Faces merchandise in the store
- Answers calls for price checks/spills
- Carries out groceries
- Cleans general shopping areas
- Restocks back shop merchandise
Other activities:
- Climbs ladders/stair tower to restock and clean
- Cleans Parking lot
- Collects carts
- Retrieves carts
- Cleans restrooms
Minimum Requirements: A positive customer service attitude & pleasant personality, effective memory skills, dependability, ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn. Normal physical strength to handle up to 20-pound object, frequently -- up to 30 lbs is lifted 6-8 times per shift Some items weigh up to 40 lbs, this is handled occasionally.
Work environment: Normal exposure to weather and temperature extremes. Employees are required to go outside for carry out services and to retrieve carts
