Advertising & Optimization Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Reports to: Director of Ecommerce
Role Overview
The Advertising & Optimization Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through on-site and off-site digital advertising across PSi’s ecommerce ecosystem. This role owns strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media investments across platforms including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and emerging channels.
In addition to campaign execution, this role plays a critical insights and storytelling function, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and PSi’s brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Advertising & PPC
- Own on-site advertising strategy across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail media networks
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize ROAS, efficiency, and profitability
- Optimize campaigns across sponsored products, brands, display, and emerging ad formats
- Partner with brand partners and internal PSi stakeholders to align advertising with launches, inventory, pricing, and promotional plans
Off-Site Advertising & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute off-site advertising strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement
- Manage influencer, paid social, digital media, and performance-based campaigns
- Evaluate channel mix, audience targeting, and attribution to drive incremental growth
Marketing Analytics & Performance Insights
- Leverage marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels and the full funnel
- Analyze KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, CPC, impression share, and incremental lift
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands, categories, and platforms
- Use data to inform optimization strategies, budget allocation, and growth recommendations
Brand Partner Recaps & Reporting
- Develop clear, concise campaign recaps for brand partners on a recurring basis
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support brand-facing conversations with performance reviews, testing results, and forward-looking plans
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between advertising strategy and brand objectives
Tools, Testing & Optimization
- Leverage best-in-class ecommerce and advertising tools to drive insights-based decision-making
- Conduct ongoing testing across keywords, creatives, audiences, and media formats
- Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, and emerging best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience in ecommerce advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Deep hands-on experience with PPC and retail media networks
- Strong marketing analytics and data interpretation skills
- Experience presenting performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to balance growth objectives with margin and profitability goals

We are seeking a Process Optimization Engineer to enhance the efficiency, quality, and safety of our manufacturing processes at our Owensville, MO facility. In this role, you will design, troubleshoot, and optimize processes to reduce waste, boost productivity, and ensure exceptional product quality while leading impactful projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Development & Optimization: Design and refine manufacturing processes to maximize uptime, minimize waste, and meet customer specifications while considering material properties, equipment capabilities, and operator workflows
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive efficiency and enhance product quality; propose and execute projects using PDCA methodology with clear ROI justification
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto Analysis; develop corrective actions including A3, 8D, and Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR)
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; establish data collection methods, train operators, and deliver KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

POSITION OVERVIEW:
GS Foods Group is seeking a Director, Inventory Strategy & Optimization to lead enterprise inventory strategy, replenishment analytics, and decision support across inventory, sourcing, and buying. This role serves as the single point of accountability for inventory economics across the enterprise—translating service objectives and growth ambitions into clear inventory targets, policies, and trade-offs.

- Shape sourcing and assortment decisions through inventory and margin economics.

- Drive adoption and trust in inventory policies, tools, and replenishment targets across the organization.

- Drive adoption, automation, and continuous improvement of system-generated replenishment targets (e.g., SOQs).

Bars Changeover Specialist (Lean Manufacturing Changeover Specialist)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 24+ Months
Position Overview:
- This role will focus on changeover improvements for the Chewy Bars platform. They will work with platform teams, floor teams, site FSQ and department management to understand (a) the size of the prize around changeovers and (b) opportunities to improve changeover time while maintaining effectiveness and safety. A successful individual in this role will use tools such as process mapping, value stream mapping, 5 whys, fishbones, and apply a learning mindset to identify opportunities outside of cleaning practices to reduce CO % on the system.
- When not in changeover, the changeover specialist will be working to learn more about our equipment, how we currently clean it, and why we use the process we currently use. They’ll also be identifying opportunities for improvement and developing experiments for actual changeover time. During changeovers, they’ll be working with the team on the floor to execute experiments, agree on success, and following up immediately with process changes (as is reasonable and feasible). As you can probably guess, this person will have a highly flexible schedule to enable this work.

- Work with the floor and platform teams to understand the minimum level of clean required, identify and eliminate overcleaning
- Create and/or revise standard task flows around changeover execution in different areas to enhance speed without sacrificing effectiveness or safety
Embrace a Learning Mindset
- Identify pain points in the clean and:
- Develop understanding of the need to clean those areas
- Develop ways to clean easier via changes in equipment, process, or tools used
- Fully investigate capital opportunities and present to engineering
- Implement all other changes
- “Try it Out!” – assess the risk associated with your ideas, and experiment responsibly
Leverage an External Perspective
- Does another site with similar equipment clean better than us? Gather their best practices, but don’t remain limited to similar equipment! Explore other cleaning best practices.
- Think outside the box – how does your dentist clean your teeth? How does a carwash clean your vehicle? Ever watched a car detailing video on YouTube? What can we take from how cleaning is done elsewhere to implement safer, faster, and/or more effective cleaning HERE?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Technical preferred) w/ minimum 5 years of related manufacturing experience OR HS Diploma w/ minimum 10 years of related manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of data systems including manufacturing systems for Asset and storeroom management, Quality information tracking, ERP, and Safety and Environment management (*** systems used: MAXIMO, MQIS, INSQL, and GSTEMS).
Demonstrated capability in application of Foundational Systems and Driving system utilization.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach/utilize standards and processes to drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean or Continuous Improvement training
