Duties

• Comprehension of BOM, and able to review and fix any issues.
• Ensures the team meets all packaging targets and quality standards.
• Ensures the necessary training and qualification of operators on equipment and processes is accomplished and correctly documented, Trains and coaches team members.
• Observes and guarantees adherence to all safety, environmental, and sanitation requirements and GMP guidelines.
• Communicates with different relevant departments.
• Assures that all operations are carried out in accordance with cGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Packaging Manager.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environment.

We’re currently seeking a full-time Graphic Designer focused on packaging design to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll primarily design retail packaging for our products while also supporting the creation of retail PDQs and in-store displays that help bring the brand to life in stores.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

What You’ll Do:

• Packaging design. Design retail packaging across multiple product lines, including layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.

• Structural packaging development. Contribute to the structural design and development of packaging formats, working through concepts, mockups, and dielines to create packaging that is both functional and visually compelling.

• Dielines & production files. Create and manage dielines, structural layouts, and production-ready artwork for packaging across various formats including boxes, trays, tubes, and blister cards.

• Packaging systems. Develop scalable packaging systems that work across product families, colorways, and SKUs while maintaining brand consistency.

The Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging reviews, assesses, and approves ingredients, packaging, and chemicals against Food Safety and Quality standards at onboarding and on a continuous basis. In addition, this position conducts sanitation and GMP audits in plants to maintain and improve quality standards, as needed. In addition, the Supply Quality Manager, Ingredients & Packaging works closely with the Purchasing Department, assisting with the onboarding of new ingredients, packaging, chemicals, and suppliers.
