Responsibilities
We're looking for an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer in Boise, ID who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.
You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget and schedule.
You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinating work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Engineer in Training (EIT)
- Working knowledge of Revit software preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

Job Summary
Business Analysts evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements. They analyze data, develop functional specifications, and facilitate communication between business units and Information Technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Conduct interviews, workshops, and reviews to elicit, clarify, and validate business needs, objectives, and constraints for Information Technology projects and initiatives.

About the Opportunity
As a Professional, Prospective Review in Health Management - UM Prospective Review, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our prospective review process. You will work closely with the healthcare team to review and assess the appropriateness of medical services, treatments and high dollar medical equipment. GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A current RN license is required.
- Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
- All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
BSN strongly preferred. A minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience is required. Previous leadership roles preferred. At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS) Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Communicates with managers, charge nurses and clinical coordinators (especially during times of high census) to ensure adequate staffing to admit patients to the units. Utilizes IUSM () when determining patient placement. Coordinates with environmental services and patient care units to speed turnaround of beds. Participates in daily bed briefing and surge and intensity meetings as necessary. Initiates new concepts, approaches and procedures in the placement of patients to facilitate admission process. Monitors the overall capacity status of the medical center and coordinates interventions to ensure smooth functioning during periods of peak census, limited staffing or services and other factors that could influence admission patterns. Coordinates with transport, PACU, and inpatient units for movement of physical beds to appropriate areas in a timely manner. Enters calls from outlying facilities into Forefront. Demonstrates ability to utilize Central Logic to search for physicians and use paging system including appropriate scripting for text paging. Communicates frequently with the emergency department to facilitate timely admissions. Prepares periodic reports regarding issues and concerns in the placement of patients. Serves on committees within and beyond Patient Care Services PRN.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages. Uses a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge. Independently delivers nursing care using the Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Medical Center policies, nursing standards, ethical principles, and professional judgment. Works rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Job duties may vary by shift or may be unit-specific.
· Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
· Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. The acceptable credentialing body is the American Heart Association.
· Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to populations served within three (3) months of hire.
· Ability to read, write and speak English language.

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Clinic Nurse (LPN)/Medical Assistant for our Specialty Care Clinic.
As a Clinic Nurse (LPN)/Medical Assistant at MercyOne, you will provide quality patient care and is a patient advocate.
- Escorts patients to exam rooms. Obtains and documents data to include but not limited to chief complaint, allergies, vital signs, pain level, medication history, and fall risk. Obtains and reviews basic health history information. Anticipates and prepares exam room with equipment and supplies required for the visit. Assists with exam/procedures as requested.
- Assists in scheduling patient for office appointments, lab/diagnostic tests/referrals.Reviews written test preparation handout with patient and documents in medical record. Refers patient to provider/registered nurse if education is required.
- Completes charge ticket/submits charges in an electronic health record to include and obtain the diagnosis from the provider, identifying and initialing all billable supplies and services. Obtains ABN per e-LMRP as necessary.
- Utilizes proper procedure for administering medications and treatments with emphasis on patient safety. Documents administration of medications.
- Maintains competency in administering medications via the following routines: IM, SQ, ID, oral, inhalation, ocular, optic, topical, sublinqual, and nasal.
- Documents notification/follow-up of phone messages under direct supervision of a provider.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with co-workers, medical staff, and personnel of other departments, and assists customers as necessary .
- Assists in cost containment by maintaining an adequate quantity of supplies in work- stations and exam/procedure rooms,(lab and x-ray also if applicable).

General Requirements:
LPN
Graduate of a school of nursing is required.
A current Iowa License as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is required.
Nurse may be required based on Department needs.
Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status.
Completes Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 3 years.
Medical Assistant
A minimum of six months work experience in a health care facility performing duties relating to patient care is preferred.
Additional experience involving computer knowledge.

Position Purpose:
The Registered Nurse RN, within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from school of nursing.
- Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.

- All new graduate nurses with less than one (1) year of clinical experience are subject to participate and will be automatically enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.
