We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to sell quality. What Success Looks Like in This Role (First 6–12 Months):
- Successfully manage 3–5 concurrent multifamily renovation projects, including unit upgrades and capital projects
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and property management teams
- Deliver each project on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety procedures across all sites
- Optimize workflows by improving procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Document all phases with detailed reporting, including before/after images and milestone tracking
- Establish a repeatable, scalable process for subcontractor evaluation and training
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
- Manage multiple rehab and capital improvement projects across different client sites.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
- Organize and track inventory, materials, and deliveries across multiple locations.
- Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance procedures.
Subcontractor & Procurement Management:
- Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors across various trades.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work for subcontractor bidding and comparison analysis.
- Train and onboard subcontractors/employees to align with company goals and ROI targets.
- Schedule and manage production timelines, coordinating closely with subcontractors and property teams.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain and implement standardized rehab and capital expenditure (CapEx) procedures.
- Track project progress with accurate documentation: daily logs, sign-in sheets, specifications, safety records, before/after photos, and more.
- Manage administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and use of project management software to keep all stakeholders informed and organized.
Client & Property Relations:
- Schedule work in collaboration with property management teams.
- Conduct project walk-throughs and punch-outs as necessary.
- Provide ongoing updates to clients during and after project execution to ensure satisfaction.
Your Must-Haves
- Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and capex projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
- Excellent organizational skills, you keep projects on track without being micromanaged
- Confidence using Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools
- A strong network of reliable subs across key trades is a major plus

Position Summary
As part of its continued growth and development, this Atlanta-based hospitality real estate investment firm is seeking a Project Director to lead the planning and execution of hotel renovation projects. This role reports to Noble’s Senior Vice President of Development and supports the firm’s investment of capital to create value.
This role is responsible for ensuring that renovation projects are finished on schedule and within budget, while meeting the quality standards set by the project's goals and objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Pre-Construction, Design & Procurement:
· Visit project sites to define the scope of work for the renovation, evaluate existing conditions, and determine operational impact.
· Ensure the project scope of work aligns with the Brand Property Improvement Plan, Noble investment objectives, capital expenditure strategies, and hotel operational requirements.
· Establish and manage detailed Development Milestone schedules that highlight key timelines for the project including Design, Procurement and Project Execution.
· Procure and contract the services of the project Architect and Interior Designer along with other required consultants needed based on the project scope of work.
· Manage the design process to ensure project scope, milestone schedule and budget goals are being met. Review and coordinate drawing submissions to ensure brand standards, ADA, and all project scopes of work are included. Confirm building permit requirements and monitor the design team submissions to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure brand submissions occur in a timely manner.
· Contract and manage a purchasing agent to ensure the prompt and coordinated ordering and delivery of all FF&E & OS&E. Review quantities and verify final counts as needed before placing orders while overseeing budgets.
· Identify, qualify and manage General Contractors, other consultants/contractors and vendors required to complete the scope required for the project including Owner-direct purchase items. Manage the bidding and GC RFP process, analyzing bids for cost, scope, and schedule impacts.
· Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts including preparing documentation to ensure that all project scope, budget and insurance requirements are being met.
Construction & Project Closeout:
· Monitor construction by visiting the project to ensure critical schedule milestones are being met and that the quality and scope of the renovation meet the Noble standard.
· Manage communication between the contractor, design team, procurement agents and hotel operations team to ensure the project is coordinated across all parties.
· Oversee the project budget including monthly financial reporting projecting final cost.
· Administer the GC contract by reviewing pay apps, tracking lien waivers, and verifying construction progress.
· Coordinate the generation and completion of the project punch lists to ensure the contractor fulfils all their obligations under the contract and manage the closeout process with the brand.
· Ensure the delivery of all required project closeout documents i.e. as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and warranty documents. Facilitate training with hotel staff on MEP systems, AV and Technology.
General Responsibilities:
· Maintain and prepare monthly internal reporting which includes updates to Contract Tracking Log, Projected Final Costs and Monthly project report.
· Ensure all project files, drawing and records are maintained with current information.
· Continued refinement of project implementation process and standards to ensure consistent project execution.
· Assist Noble asset management teams as needed on capital expenditure projects where Noble development expertise is needed.
· Maintain reliable relationships with industry professionals.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate should possess the following skills and qualities:
· University degree; with preferable specialty in engineering, construction or architecture preferred.
· At least five (5+) years related experience in construction or architectural construction administration and project management, with experience and understanding of hotel renovation, design, FF&E and operations integration
· Established relationships with Contractor, Design, Brand and Vendor partners.
· Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability and willingness to invest time and effort to complete projects with hard deadlines.
· Resourceful, well-organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

* Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Primary Responsibilities: This position promotes good health, treats minor medical conditions, provides first aid, administers medications and ensures the medical needs of the clients are addressed under the supervision of the Nurse Manger or designated licensed medical staff in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Administers prescription and over-the-counter medications, first aid, and triage to clients as needed on the shift.
Perform visual inspection of medication logs to assure that client medications are administered at scheduled times Addresses sick calls and provides treatment under the Physician’s Standing Orders.
Completes the medical intake process including measuring vital signs and initial health assessments.
Maintains all medical documentation, medical history, and file on each client and abides by HIPAA compliance rules and regulations.
Designates appropriate client referrals to the contracted physician.
Orders and maintains stock of prescription medications, vaccines and medical supplies.
Performs daily assessment of program medical issues and consults or coordinates with appropriate medical staff member as required to ensure medical department operations are completed.
Responds to interventions and monitors resident physical status during the intervention.

Welcome Renovation is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, results oriented Sales Rep to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will be qualifying, selling, and closing new business for kitchen and bath renovations through in-home visits with clients. Homeowners work with Welcome Renovation for a better way to improve the spaces they live in. You will bring a strong consultative approach to engaging prospective customers to understand their goals and tailor Welcome Renovation’s offerings to meet their specific renovation needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home appointments to homeowners presenting the Welcome Renovation offering for kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads, effectively prioritizing and progressing them through a full cycle sales funnel from qualification to closing
- Qualify leads and determine customer motivation, offering solutions and support
- Master the art of the sale by understanding residential kitchen and bath renovation basics and the Welcome Renovation value proposition
- Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales quota
- Continuously offer insights on the sales process and identify areas for improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in home kitchen and bathroom sales
- Fulfilling a calendar of weekly appointments that are preset and qualified.
- Comfort with reaching out to leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, text etc.)
- Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the same time including a weekly volume of in-home appointments.
- Customer-first mindset and problem solving skills
- Ability to work weekdays and some weekends hours to best support Welcome Renovation’s customers
- Hustle, ambition and drive to hit and exceed goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changes as our business grows and develops
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General interest in homeowner design renovations, construction and design
- Nice to have: HIS Certification. Company will assist in obtaining this certification if candidate does not hold currently.
The Sales Rep will support in-home appointments with homeowners throughout each week. Additional remote work will be needed to manage the pre-appointment process. Daily travel throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas will be required. This is a full-time position with part-time possibilities requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week commitment to in-home calendar appointments.
The initial annual on-target earnings for this position is expected to range from $175,000 to $200,000+, for top performing sales reps. There will be no cap on commission earnings based on revenue closed. Candidate must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
