Nevada and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for these residents is $367,611 to $610,124. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Primary Responsibilities and details: As a clinical provider, you are responsible for providing primary care to our patients in our outpatient clinic(s).
