- Patient evaluations - Perform comprehensive assessments and review medical histories and physician referrals to determine therapy needs
- Establish goals to enhance independence with daily living - Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and progress and adjust as needed

As a Physical Therapist you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day - helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve their quality of life. Schedule: This full time, exempt position will work 40 hours per week on weekdays.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient evaluations - Perform comprehensive assessments and review medical histories and physician referrals to determine therapy needs
- Establish goals to enhance independence with daily living - Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and progress and adjust as needed
- Therapeutic Interventions - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, gait training, posture correction, and pain management strategies
- Communicate and counsel patients and families on lifestyle modifications and injury prevention while coordinating care with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
