Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders
• Reviews patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status
• Elicits and records information about patient’s medical history
• Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition
• Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnoses condition of patient

Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine

Required Skills

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 – $392,500. Compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. AGE Solutions is looking for a Sr. Cross Domain Solutions Support Specialist to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this position, you will organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes. You will also participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels to include CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.
