About the Pediatric Cardiology - Advanced Cardiac Imaging Position
The Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC) is seeking a full-time pediatric cardiologist with additional fellowship training in advanced cardiac imaging to support our rapidly growing team within the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease (TCPCHD). The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, leadership, and innovation alongside our team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers. Although patient care is our primary focus, education and research are also encouraged and supported with access to dedicated research professionals including a statistician, research manager, and research coordinators. About the Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist Position
The Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas (DCMCCT) are seeking experienced pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists to join the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease.
Candidates will possess experience in caring for children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease and adults with congenital heart disease. Primary responsibilities will include oversight and provision of direct care to patients prior to, during, and after cardiac surgery. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing care protocols, overseeing the QI registries pertinent to Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia and to oversee education, quality assurance and ongoing performance improvement initiatives. Candidates will also participate in coordinated outreach efforts for the Center.

The Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School is currently recruiting a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to lead the Section of Vascular Surgery. Offering an exceptional opportunity, we are searching for a Chief of the Section to lead our growing team of five vascular surgeons and five advanced practice providers in a clinic-based academic program with remarkable prospects in clinical practice, research, and teaching. The Division Chief will recruit and retain faculty; manage program development and growth; build regional referral programs, set strategic direction for the division and align goals with institutional objectives.

The selected candidate will lead our expanding Vascular Surgery Division and will have the opportunity to engage in a robust clinical practice covering the full spectrum of vascular diseases. This includes complex aortic interventions, limb-salvage procedures, and comprehensive care for venous disorders. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with enrollment support specialists and school-based teams to drive student recruitment and re-enrollment efforts.
  • Manage the claiming process for students at Mastery Schools of Camden in the Student Information System (Genesis)
  • Maintain and update student enrollment records in PowerSchool Enrollment (PSE), ensuring data integrity and compliance with state and network requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for New Jersey school-based staff in troubleshooting PowerSchool enrollment issues, escalating technical problems as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of student records from PSE to eSchool, verifying data quality and resolving sync or transfer issues.
  • Partner with the Data Team to advise on enrollment technology tools and practices, supporting a data-driven culture that enhances staff efficiency and student success.
  • Manage the centralized re-enrollment data process for Camden schools.
  • Provide ongoing training, communication, and resources to school-based teams on enrollment processes, system updates, and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the COO, the Executive Assistant serves as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the executive team as well as provides administrative and coordination for the implementation of key organizational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Executive Support 

  • Responsible for a variety of high-level administrative tasks for the CEO and COO including managing dynamic calendars; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that may contain confidential information; and, compiling/creating documents for travel-related meetings. 
  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts: follow up on contacts made by leadership, and research, prioritize, and address incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO and COO and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response. 
  • Serve as administrative liaison to the New York City Charter School Center’s Board of Directors, assisting with the coordination of quarterly Board meetings, including preparing and distributing Board materials. Maintain and ensure compliance with by-laws and applicable nonprofit regulations.
  • Support fundraising and development efforts by managing a reporting calendar, conducting research, and compiling reports for grant applications and funder requirements.


Departmental Liaison & Support

  • In partnership with the COO, coordinate with the Charter Center’s various department leads (Communications & Media, School Supports, Collaborative for Inclusive Education, Policy & Advocacy, etc.) to provide administrative leadership on projects integral to the work of the Charter Center. Tasks to include everything from data entry and management to developing programmatic materials and presentations, et al.
  • Aid the administration of the main office by providing customer support, assisting with event planning and coordination, and other general administrative tasks as requested.
