A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in East Stroudsburg, PA.

Shifts are 8 hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with providers expected to work the full duration of their shift, excluding the unpaid lunch break. Case types include Orthopedic, General B&B, rare Pediatrics, and OB (negotiable), with no Neuro/Heads. Supervision is 2-3:1, with the opportunity to do independent cases, though not required. Minimal overtime is expected. Call is negotiable but preferred. The facility has 12 rooms and uses EPIC for charting, including intra-op documentation. Privileging typically takes 3 months. Providers receive a $250 weekly car rental/mileage stipend and a $110 daily lodging stipend.

Poughkeepsie, New York, offers a variety of enjoyable activities. You can explore the scenic Walkway Over the Hudson, visit the historic Locust Grove Estate for a glimpse into the past, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Vassar College campus.

The estimated privileging timeframe is 75 days. Case types include General and Orthopedic procedures. Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates who need to obtain a state license will be considered. Preferred shifts are 8- or 10-hour, with 12-hour shifts available but not ideal. Regular hours are required, with no in-house, weeknight, or weekend call. Overtime is not expected but is offered. Shift times are as follows: 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
