What you'll be working on:

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
    • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
  • State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

PRIMARY PURPOSE



CNA is hiring for the role of Facilities Security Escort, evening shift, in a part-time capacity. The role is in Facilities under the Chief Financial Office (CFO). The Facilities Team is responsible for all real estate management, facility maintenance, conference operations including meetings and events, AV, and mail services. This position will be from 6:00 - 10:00 PM Eastern, and they will provide escort services to visitors and conduct security inspections of CNA facilities.   1. Escort cleaning and other contractor personnel within the CNA facility

  4. Assist Conference Services with conference set-up and breakdown

  5. Assist Security with pampering and other security reporting requirements

  6. Other duties as assigned.

4. Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain consistent communication with the Store Manager & Management Team to ensure operations run smoothly and all needs are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Follow all company procedures, including POS transactions, packaging standards, and loss-prevention practices.
  • Assist with stock handling, shipment processing, and restocking tasks as directed.
  • Maintain awareness of company policies regarding client data privacy and in-store pet safety.
  • Assist Management Team in ensuring all health and sanitation standards are met (especially in areas where pets may interact with products).
  • Maintain that the store atmosphere consistently reflects a premium, welcoming experience.
  • Maintain daily floor walk routines to proactively address any presentation or maintenance issues.
  • With Management Team, ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of all areas.
  • Ensure high-value or limited-edition items are logged and secured immediately upon receipt. Oversee proper tagging, labeling, and secure storage of high-value merchandise.

Qualifications:

Department Information

After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.

Perform routine and detailing housekeeping services requiring specialized tools and equipment. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: other custodial staff to include Quality Control Inspectors & Supervisors, building/area occupants. The Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as directed by clinical supervisors. Responsibilities

Our Speech Language Pathologists supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services to clients in a home setting as prescribed by the attending physician. The SLP treats patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy, and hearing impairments that affect communication. In addition they participate in helping patients that may be recovering from a stroke or other neurological disorders.

This part-time salaried position works 24 hours/week, over 4 days in the week, and is eligible for our 60% paid days off program.

Responsibilities

In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of client care, the Registered Nurse RN Home Health is the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients and oversees the frequency of visits for the episode. The Registered Nurse RN consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall perform in accordance with state and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization.
