Pay Rate:

The Fleet Diesel Mechanic II will perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts as directed by Fleet Manager and Lead Technician. This individual also disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.

Position Responsibilities

  • Adhere to OSHA, DOT and EPA regulatory compliance standards. Respond to service calls.

Responsibilities
  • Support Business Development and Engineering once job is awarded in Procurement, for Value Engineering and Construction planning
  • Maintain project budgets, prepare construction schedules, oversee quality control and client communications and expectations
  • Support risk management activities for contract reviews and project deliverables
  • Execute Turn-Key Installation across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish
  • Manage field operations along with subcontractors and equipment deliveries
  • Provide feedback to improve company protocols, installation practices, and company growth

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. Job Description

The ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Technician supports the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated testing systems used to verify the performance and functionality of electronic products. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality testing of 2 way Subscriber radio products by executing test programs, identifying failures, and supporting repair teams with accurate diagnostic information.

Primary Responsibilities

Testing & Analysis


  • Perform testing and analysis on 2 way Subscriber products (mobile and portable 2 way radios).
  • Operate across two ATE lines, following standard work instructions and maintaining throughput expectations.

Accountability:



Develop, implement, and troubleshoot CNC program designs. Provide technical expertise in collaboration with functions across the organization to achieve project goals. Work closely with production to solve problems. Use strong analytical design and project management skills along with product expertise to meet customer requirements.



Essential Functions and Duties:




  • Prepare computer programs to control CNC machine operations using CAD/CAM terminal (Siemens NX and MasterCam).
  • Prepare flow charts, documents and sequence logic and write complete sequence of machine operations necessary to complete cycle.
  • Analyze engineering drawings for materials, process fabrication and design elements.
  • Specify patterns on programming sheet for way part is to be machined.
  • Assure program meets target cycle time and program generates geometry to customer requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds and feeds, tool path application necessary to perform the operation.
  • Assist in the concept design of required tools and gages, support changes to existing tools and fixture as improvements are identified.
  • Support lean activities both within the Engineering group and across the organization.
