The L&E Litigation Paralegal will typically perform billable tasks associated with case organization, discovery, trial preparation and trial/arbitration and will provide guidance for case support professionals and organizational support on all Firm matters. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with preparation of complex legal documents, discovery, analysis of wage and hour records and creation of damages analyses, deadline management, mid-level legal research activities, trial preparation, and other tasks related to the Labor & Employment practice area.
