GENERAL SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

A customer service representative supports both internal customers (product managers, account managers, production, and finance staff) and external customers with all steps in the sales cycle; from helping to identify required parts or resources to preparing offers (quotes), processing orders, and resolution of after order issues.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

• Provide Customer Service support to our customers, Sales Area Managers, Product Managers and Regional Sales entities;
• Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.
• handle and resolve questions / concerns
• provide information about the organization’s products and service
• generate quotes and process orders as requested by Product Managers, Sales Area Manager, and customers
• enter and ensure proper handling of all orders
• maintain customer pricing based on guidance from product managers
• coordinate delivery and purchase order requirements with Logistics Department,
• communicate special shipment dates and date changes to the Regional Sales entities, Sales Area Managers, and/or customers
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Managers.

Coordination with: engineering, production groups, field sales (SAMs), and finance

The employee carries out the work within guidelines such as objectives, definitions with minimal oversight. Works with moderate supervision.

• Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
• Accurately maintain downtime records during line operation.
• Perform sanitation duties for production and periodic sanitation work as assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.

Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.

Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.

Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.

Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.

Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.

Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.

Qualifications

Industrial manufacturing experience desired.

Able to read and understand work instructions in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices.

Roll Forming experience is a plus.

Education

Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

Physical / Work Environment Requirements

* Frequent bending, pushing / pulling, reaching and lifting periodically up to 75 pounds.

1. Monitor and ensure quality print including tape tests throughout production runs.

2. Compare and approve print quality is within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.

3. Calculate the number of parts needed to complete the order.

4. Number labels on each order in sequence, beginning where the prior shift ended. If the order uses a lot number, lot numbers change at 7am and numbering begins with one and continues in sequential order until the order is completed.

5. Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or on tray packs. Place product of poor quality in a scrap box or tote.

6. Place SCRAP labels on all scrap containers. Products made of like materials are placed in the same box.

7. Complete the corresponding paperwork for each order.

Candidates will be responsible for running and cleaning multiple pieces of equipment which include the cheese molders, cooker, DMC and brine system.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

1. Ability to start-up, maintain sanitation, perform CIP, shutdown and operate machinery. Also to include troubleshooting machinery when needed.

2. Monitors key processing indicators such as time, temperature, pH, moisture and weight.

3. Maintains production in a continuous flow operation.

4. Will be in control of daily production and sanitation paperwork; filling it out properly and making comments of any non-compliance results.

5. Ensures Food Safety and Security as required per the Plant's GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GSP (Good Sanitation Practices) Policy and Procedures.

6. Performs other work duties as requested by the Mozzarella Production Supervisor.

7. Responsible for working efficiently and safely to produce a high quality product.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support large-part machining on Horizontal Boring Machines (HBMs) and Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs). This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs from print through production, with hands-on involvement in setups, prove-outs, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has experience programming and supporting heavy machining operations using TOSNUC and FANUC controls, and works comfortably on the shop floor with machinists, engineering, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam (2D and 3D toolpaths)
• Develop and support programs for:
• Horizontal Boring Machines (HBMs)
• Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs)
• Select tooling, inserts, and machining strategies for large and heavy components
• Support machine setups, prove-outs, and first article inspections
• Optimize feeds, speeds, and toolpaths for:
• Heavy roughing
• Stable finishing
• Tool life and cycle time improvement
• Work with TOSNUC and FANUC CNC controls
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T
• Create and maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and program documentation
• Troubleshoot machining, dimensional, and process issues on the shop floor
• Collaborate with machinists, engineering, and quality teams
• Maintain program revision control and machining standards
• Promote safe machining practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Mastercam
• Experience programming or supporting HBMs and/or VTLs
• Working knowledge of TOSNUC and FANUC controls
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Experience supporting setups and production machining
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues
