JOB DECSRIPTION
- The general requirements for this role are quite specific: candidates should not have allergies to insects, must be comfortable lifting cases of tobacco, and should have no issues working directly with insects.
- Experience using a microscope to count insect eggs is essential, and it’s important that the candidate is comfortable working with cigarettes.
- To make this opportunity even more valuable, we could consider enhancing the role by incorporating partial responsibilities from other areas within the CRT, such as the analytical lab, microlab, and greenhouse.
- By adding these additional requirements, the contractor would gain flexibility, allowing them to assist in other areas on days when entomology lab work is lighter.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Move, receive and ship product or materials per written and computerized materials, record transactions into computerized systems and provide support to others under occasional guidance
- Receive incoming goods verifying packaging documentation against shipment records and checks for damages generally following standard procedures using judgement in more complex issues

Supplemental Information
Salary: The advertised salary is based on full-time employment and includes shortage and school year differentials, if applicable.
