Job Duties:

  • Drive Account Expansion – nurture and expand relationships within customer accounts to uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Build and maintain brand presence and loyalty within assigned accounts and propel displacement of competitors.
  • Customer Service and Maintenance – Maximize customer success outcomes leveraging Meyer’s products and expertise. Build and execute on account plans to drive seamless product delivery and increase account penetration. Conduct regular account reviews with customers to ensure continued understanding of their needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Preventative Maintenance – Maintain and maximize dispensing equipment efficiency through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Average 6-8 customer calls per day
  • Perform manual and physical tasks daily
  • Administrative duties including order processing, building service calendar, updating notes and entering sales orders through our CRM (Oracle NetSuite). Additional duties include, but are not limited to, inventory & Accounts Receivable support
  • Travel up to 250-mile radius in territory weekly

Required Qualifications:
