The Senior Product Owner will help shape product vision and strategy, own complex product areas end-to-end, and serve as a product quality leader across the organization. In addition to managing their own backlog and leading agile ceremonies, the Senior Product Owner will review user stories written by junior Product Owners, ensure backlogs are properly maintained and prioritized, and help teams stay on track with delivery timelines. What You'll Do:
Help shape and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex product areas, aligning with business objectives and trade show release cycles
Own and prioritize a high-complexity product backlog, making strategic trade-off decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roleideally within the healthcare or software sector
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products through multiple release cycles with increasing levels of responsibility
Expert-level proficiency in writing clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Experience reviewing and providing feedback on work produced by other product team members
Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Product Owner role within agile frameworks
Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar platforms
Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems is highly desirable; candidates with a pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) or 3+ years in pharmacy technology product roles are strongly encouraged to apply

What You'll Do
The Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling all sales orders while providing the highest level of customer service and sales support to our customers and partners. Your responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for processing orders. With attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and critical thinking to fulfill the complex orders we receive into our system.
- Work with Sales or others to obtain necessary documentation required for each order.
- Review contracts, verify data and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with our customers and partners and assist in the support requests related to licensing upgrades, reallocations, and provisioning.

The Platform Connectivity Specialist ensures seamless, secure, and compliant connectivity across our pharmacy and healthcare data ecosystem. This role owns day-to-day troubleshooting and coordination with third parties (e.g., IQVIA, Surescripts, Twilio), maintains reliable data feed operations, schedules and monitors regulatory drug reporting, and resolves syncing issues with RXQOne. Triage, diagnose, and resolve IQVIA data and connectivity issues
Coordinate with IQVIA support on escalations, root-cause analysis, and incident remediation
Maintain state guidelines by storing and sharing Schedule Drug Reporting Guides for each state
Maintain the Liberty schedule drug reporting templates to stay up to date with guidance by state
Communicate changes to the appropriate Liberty teams to ensure pharmacies are converted to new formats
Troubleshoot schedule drug reporting issues
Submit and track Surescripts cases (e.g., NTA, network provisioning, SPI updates, routing/NPI issues, EPCS/eRx connectivity)
Troubleshoot issues related to Surescripts and respond to cases created by Surescripts support
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot internal and external data feeds
Partner with development and infrastructure teams for feed enhancements and issues
Submit and manage A2P 10DLC brand, campaign registrations, and use-case approvals with Twilio
Troubleshoot tickets related to texts not sending from Twilio when initiated by the pharmacy software
Diagnose and resolve RXQOne syncing issues
Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering on logs, metrics, and hotfixes; validate post-fix stability
Proactively identify patterns and drive permanent corrective actions
Qualifications:
2+ years in connectivity/integration support, technical operations, or healthcare data operations.
Hands-on experience with SFTP, APIs (REST/JSON), and log analysis
Familiarity with healthcare data flows (eRx, EPCS, SPIs/NPIs, NCPDP standards) and vendor networks (e.g., Surescripts)
Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC/Twilio registration, campaign compliance, and messaging deliverability
Strong troubleshooting methodology (hypothesis-driven), clear ticket documentation, and stakeholder communication
Comfortable with tools such as: SMMS, Excel/CSV validation, and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Wireless Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical authority for wireless hardware, network design, deployment, and support of our new wearable panic button and alerting solutions leveraging Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and LoRaWAN technologies. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong engagement across engineering, sales, partners, and customers ensuring that all deployed systems meet performance, reliability, and scalable standards. This position is located in Madison, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre and post sales technical support, including RF predictive modeling and solution design and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Help develop scalable installation models, develop and maintain acceptance procedures.
- Analyze and diagnose RF (Radio Frequency) interference, power consumption, and connectivity issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for partners and customers.
- Evaluate, test, and validate wireless hardware, sensors, and gateways.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical deployment and performance issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wireless network design, RF engineering, or IoT deployment.
- Demonstrated success supporting customer-facing technical roles.
- Deep expertise in BLE and LoRaWAN protocols.
- Proficiency with RF design tools such as Hamina Planner, Ekahau, or iBwave.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Responsible for executing day-to-day operational and project tasks for IDFs and MDFs.
- Responsibilities include executing efforts in IDF's and MDF's relating to LVC, space, power, and cooling.
- Assists IT room remediation team with project tasks and provides day two support for LVC remediations.
- Works with local real estate services and engineering to address any power or cooling deficiencies.
- Works with appropriate teams to address security concerns regarding IDFs and MDFs.
- Recommends and implements cable plant infrastructure solutions to resolve issues.
- Responsible for cleaning out IT rooms as needed to bring rooms to a serviceable condition.
- Performs port scrubs in IDF/MDF room.
- Decommissioning and coordinating removal of legacy equipment from IT rooms.
- Creates/Updates Rack Elevations for IDFs/MDFs.
- Manage tasks assigned in ServiceNow, SharePoint, and in project software
- Performs related duties, as required.
