Key Responsibilities (administrative – approx. 75%)
- Strategic leadership in academic AI: Work with the faculty and other senior law school leaders to develop and implement a long-term vision for AI and other legal technology across the curriculum, assessment, and student support. Maintain an evolving AI and technology strategy incorporating immediate, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans. Stay curious about and maintain awareness of evolving AI technologies, uses, and potential applications in law schools and the legal profession, as well as legal and regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines. Consider how the law school can continue to lead in areas of traditional strength, including entertainment law, public service/public interest law, and advocacy. Ensure the law school’s initiatives keep pace with industry developments and best practices.
- Curricular integration, AI literacy, and innovation: Collaborate with the faculty to integrate AI and other technology into the J.D. Learning Outcomes and existing courses and to design new courses and programs. Collaborate with faculty to help determine what skills students will need to practice law in the future and how to adjust the curriculum to ensure graduates are prepared to practice. Help train or secure training for faculty and students to ensure the desired level of AI and technology literacy and capacity to engage in AI and technology leadership in practice.
- Policy development and academic integrity: On a regular basis, work with the faculty and senior campus leaders to review and revise policies, guidance statements, and other statements of best practices implicated by or impacting the use of AI or other technology. Devise and implement approaches and guidelines for operationalizing AI tools and technology, including experiments and pilots.
- Faculty development and support: In collaboration with the IDEA Committee, organize workshops, tutorials, and individualized consultations to help faculty build AI literacy, experiment with AI-assisted teaching and research methods, learn about other technologies that might advance teaching, learning, and scholarship, and develop accessible materials.
- IT partnership and technology vetting: Collaborate with the law school’s CIO, IT department, Associate Dean for Assessment, and Institutional Effectiveness Office to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-related or other technology-related software and platforms that impact the academic mission. Help ensure that new tools align with educational objectives. Help develop and vet appropriate training for faculty and students. Monitor, track, and report on the usage, effectiveness, and Return on Investment. Collaborate to develop institutional AI-use policies to ensure data security and legal compliance.
- Data analytics and research: Work with the Institutional Effectiveness Office to collect and analyze data on student performance, satisfaction, and engagement in AI-integrated courses and initiatives, and AI practice-readiness. Lead or support grant proposals and research projects that examine the impact of AI and other technology on student learning, access to justice, and professional responsibility.
- Ethical and regulatory guidance: Monitor laws, legal ethics opinions and guidance, and regulatory developments relating to AI and related technology and issues. Work with the school’s General Counsel and CIO to ensure compliance.
- External relationships and programming: Serve as Southwestern’s liaison to external organizations regarding AI initiatives, and participate in conferences and other events. Investigate potential partnerships with other institutions of higher education, nonprofits, government institutions, and reputable technology companies. Participate in offering AI-related CLEs to alumni on an annual basis. Periodically present programming around AI and the Law, inviting AI and other relevant legal technology practitioners to update the Law School community on current and upcoming developments. Build partnerships for externships, clinics, and other programs that might benefit students and faculty. Engage alumni, practitioners, and judges through surveys, focus groups, an advisory board, or events.
- Institutional effectiveness and accreditation: Contribute to Southwestern’s accreditation efforts by documenting how AI initiatives support mission fulfillment, student achievement, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with the ABA, WSCUC, and other accrediting bodies on emerging standards for AI and other technology in legal education.
- Resource development and funding: Work with the President & Dean and the Institutional Advancement Office to research and pursue grant, foundation, and donor support for AI and other technology programming and initiatives.
Teaching Responsibilities (approx. 25%)
Teach, on average, one course per year on the intersection of AI with the legal system or profession.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or an equivalent law degree from a foreign law school.
- At least 10 years of full-time teaching experience at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Tenure-eligible.
- Distinguished record of teaching and scholarshipcommensurate with the appointment offered.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted research, drafting, or analysis tools in legal or academic settings. Familiarity with emerging AI regulations and ethical frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage budgets and programs, and deliver projects on schedule. Prior administrative experience in higher‑education settings is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing learning outcomes and conducting program assessment.
- Excellent writing and public‑speaking skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialists; willingness to engage with faculty, students, alumni, and the bar.
Compensation:
$250,000-$350,000 (12-month appointment), commensurate with qualifications and higher education administrative experience. Additional administrative stipend equal to that paid to other Vice Deans (currently $50,000/year). Professional development and travel budget.

Full-time. Faculty status and senior administrative position. This position reports to the President & Dean.
The administrative appointment is at will, while the faculty appointment would be continuing (assuming an appointment with tenure is offered).

Job Title: Business Analyst/(ERP) Training Specialist’s

Position Summary:
Working in collaboration with the Organizational Development team, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Training Specialist’s primary role is to design, develop, and facilitate training programs for enterprise-wide systems in a dynamic environment. This role will be a key contributor to a major IT transformation project integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise-wide systems (FIS, CCS, EPM, OPC and BI). The ideal candidate will have experience developing ERP training materials, including training guide, quick reference guides, and microlearning content, along with facilitating learning events. The ideal candidate should also have experience supporting organizational change management processes aligned with major ERP and CIS implementations.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
Training Program Development
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to utility industry roles (accounting, finance, customer service, procurement, project management etc.) along with the primary software implementation partner.
- Coordinate with Organizational Development Manager to ensure deliverables from the System Implementor meet the standards and re-usability criteria
Instructional Content Creation
- Closely work with System Implementor in developing ERP training materials such as training guides, quick reference guides, microlearning content, interactive simulations, tutorials, and assessments.
Collaboration and Information Gathering
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather core information and create effective training content based on department/division needs
- Work with other partners (Testing, Report development, Integration vendors) as needed to develop support and training documents
- Facilitate meetings to understand system functionality and business processes.
Training Delivery
- Coordinate with internal SMEs and external partners to ensure consistent training delivery as per the training plan.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and periodically update training materials.
Tools and Technology
- Knowledge in financial, budgeting and procurement business process aligned with Oracle Fusion ERP systems and/or Oracle CC&B in utility industry.

Position Summary
The AI Business Analyst will play a critical role in advancing G-III’s enterprise AI strategy by evaluating emerging AI technologies, identifying high-value business use cases, managing vendor assessments, and driving adoption across brands and functions. This position bridges technology and business operations—helping teams understand, pilot, scale, and operationalize AI capabilities that improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making.
In addition to third-party AI tools, this role will support the change management and adoption of internally developed AI solutions and models, ensuring new capabilities are introduced in a structured, well-communicated, and measurable manner.
This role will also be responsible for developing training materials, documenting best practices, creating video tutorials, and maintaining the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) SharePoint site as the central hub for AI knowledge, tools, governance standards, and success stories.
Key Responsibilities
AI Discovery & Assessment
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors for business fit, ROI potential, data security, and scalability.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and document AI use cases across merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, customer care, design, and operations.
- Develop value models and pilot plans to quantify business impact and organizational readiness for scale.
Pilot Execution & Measurement
- Design and oversee proof-of-value (POV) pilots with defined success criteria, control groups, and KPIs.
- Track adoption, productivity gains, time savings, and qualitative feedback to determine scalability and readiness.
- Present business cases, pilot outcomes, and recommendations to leadership and the AI CoE Steering Committee.
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead structured change management efforts for third-party AI tools and internally developed AI models and capabilities.
- Develop rollout plans including stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, training programs, and post-launch reinforcement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business, IT, Legal, and HR teams to manage organizational readiness, role impacts, and process changes introduced by AI.
- Capture end-user feedback and operational learnings to inform iterative enhancements and future AI releases.
Training & Enablement
- Create training materials including written documentation, SOPs, and short-form instructional videos using tools such as Synthesia, Guidde, or similar platforms.
- Deliver live and recorded training sessions to cross-functional teams and AI Champion groups.
- Maintain and continuously enhance the AI CoE SharePoint site by organizing learning content, use cases, FAQs, governance documentation, and vendor updates.
Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with legal, privacy, data security, and brand standards.
- Document AI usage guidelines, data handling policies, governance frameworks, and onboarding checklists.
- Serve as an internal ambassador for AI literacy, ethical adoption, and best practices across the organization.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track performance metrics including adoption rates, productivity gains, cost savings, and quality improvements.
- Publish dashboards and executive-ready performance summaries for leadership review.
- Stay current on enterprise AI developments, emerging tools, and internal platform enhancements to inform roadmap recommendations.
Qualifications
Required
- 4–7 years of professional experience in business analysis, enablement, product operations, or digital transformation, preferably within retail, apparel, or ecommerce.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Synthesia, Guidde, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills including ROI modeling, time-savings estimation, and pilot performance measurement.
- Experience creating training content (written and video) and managing enterprise enablement platforms such as SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce platforms and PIM/DAM systems such as Salsify or Aprimo.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong experience in training clinical staff on use of technology in the clinical care setting and a proven ability to lead implementation projects. This role ensures successful adoption of our medical technology solutions by combining clinical expertise with hands-on implementation support. While technical skills are a plus, the primary focus is on clinical education and workflow integration.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training materials and sessions for clinical staff and sales partners.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, video tutorials, and workflow documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of company hardware and software, demonstrating practical applications in clinical environments.
- Collaborate with the key medical staff to continuously improve training content and identify workflow optimization opportunities and gather insights and feedback to bring back to the product and customer services teams
- Partner with the sales team to support product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
- Provide ongoing education and troubleshooting support for clients post-implementation.
- Gather feedback from clinical users to inform product improvements and training updates.
- Help define and evolve the scope of the Clinical Training function, identify opportunities to expand its impact, improve processes, and shape the long-term direction of the role.
- Understand the set-up and configuration of wall-mounted screens, audiovisual and network equipment
- Assist with testing functionality to ensure power, signal, and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Complete complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
