Dimension Renewable Energy is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support the development and financing of a nationwide portfolio of community solar projects. This role focuses on title and survey diligence, title insurance negotiation, and preparing projects for financing and construction.

The Real Estate Manager will work closely with title companies, surveyors, developers, and internal teams to resolve real estate issues and deliver insurable projects ready for financing and construction.   • Review and negotiate title commitments, proformas, and final title insurance policies for renewable energy projects.
