Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is looking for Mechanical Design/Drafter to be responsible for assisting with designing, developing, documenting, and maintenance of Technical Data Packages (TDP).
Applicants must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. This position is 100% on site in Tucson, Arizona
Role & Responsibilities:
• Create dimensioned detail drawings compliant with industry, using Client Engineering Document Standards (EDS) and manufacturing standards.
• Dimension detail drawings ensuring they are accurate, complete and dimensioned to support program requirements and tolerance build up analysis.
• Update detail drawings throughout the various review cycles per engineering input and Implement drawing updates as per engineering change requests

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Position Overview
Quest CE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and full-cycle SaaS sales. This role is focused on building pipeline, managing opportunities thoughtfully, and consistently executing the sales process in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
You will oversee the sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement, working directly with C-suite decision-makers at regulated financial services firms. In this role, you will position Quest CE’s compliance technology platform as a practical, scalable solution that helps firms manage regulatory requirements more efficiently and gain better visibility into their training, risk and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (40–60 calls per day, strategic email outreach, and industry engagement)
- Identify and engage C-level and senior decision-makers within broker-dealers and investment advisory firms
- Qualify prospects and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Conduct discovery conversations and web-based product demonstrations
- Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
- Meet or exceed defined revenue, pipeline, and activity targets
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, adjusting strategy as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client transition post-close

Earnings
On-target earnings (OTE) range from $70,000–$130,000 during the first 12–24 months, consisting of base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers have earning potential beyond this range.

The Executive Director, Patient Services Great Midwest, is responsible for leading Quest Diagnostics’ Patient Services in the Region, a scope of 2100 employees and 300+ Patient Service Centers and 500+ In-Office Phlebotomist locations. - Plan, assign, and direct work in the laboratory. Serve as liaison with other areas as needed.
- Mentor and support direct reports in their responsibilities and functions. Identify and implement training programs as necessary to ensure they receive training in supervisory skill development.
- Define, coordinate, and monitor quality assurance programs and supervise activities of the department Quality Coordinator/Representative. Ensure quality control and compliance procedures are followed and QC reports are up to date. Oversee plans and preparations for inspections.
- Oversee staffing of all personnel in the laboratory. Effectively maintain quality staffing by interviewing, hiring, training, and providing staff development through performance evaluation and corrective counseling.

Occupational Therapist Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Planning: Create and deliver treatment programs for students aged birth to 22 based on their IEPs or medical plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations. Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
- Consultation & Instruction: Act as a district-wide resource by offering consultation, training, and support to educational staff and caregivers. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and coordinate with medical personnel to implement home programs.
- Data Collection & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' needs, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and complete annual and triennial reviews. Maintain timely and compliant documentation, and provide detailed reports on student progress.
- Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations.
Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are delivered or eligibility to obtain such licensure; NBCOT registration preferred.
- Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan Background Check and TB Clearance required; must be eligible to work in the US.
- Experience: Preferred experience in school or treatment settings with students facing learning or social-emotional challenges, including involvement with IEPs.
- Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in sensory integration techniques and supporting students with disabilities; certifications in Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR are helpful.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Occupational Therapist Assistant Physical Demands
- Environment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.
- Activity: Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Sensory: Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.
