We are looking for a Process Optimization Analyst to drive cross-departmental efficiency and optimization projects. Rotating through various key departments across the organization, this role will be tasked with learning workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and implementing high-impact solutions. Responsibilities:
- Departmental Immersion: Spend 3-6 months embedded within an assigned banking department to understand end-to-end processes, policies, and systems.
- Process Assessment: Conduct root cause analysis, workflow mapping, and process benchmarking to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement automation and process improvements using AI models, Airtable workflows, LogicApps, and other business process automation tools.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with department leaders, IT, compliance, and third-party vendors to align solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Impact Measurement: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and refine as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of workflows, process maps, create implementation roadmaps, and training materials to ensure sustainability of improvements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Support internal change management by training staff in new tools and processes and documenting best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or an administrative field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations or Business Analysis.
- Strong affinity for analytical and strategic thinking as well as exceptional practical and theoretical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp concepts, workflows and processes. Strong operational understanding.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with frequent routine changes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with ease.
- Highly organized self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision. Exceptional drive and motivation.
- Effective communicator with strong active listening skills, excellent writing and speaking skills and the ability to compose professional correspondence. Must be able to communicate tactfully and empathetically with customers, employees, and Bank management.

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all post-closing conditions are met and documented.
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and submit final loan packages for either secondary market sale or holding in the bank's loan portfolio.
- Receive and account for all loan sales and transaction fees.
- Monitor and track the status of post-closing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the post-closing process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate reports of all trailing documentation from public records and title insurance companies and assist with audits as requested.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, closing, or post-closing.
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage loan documents and post-closing procedures.
- A resourceful self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate needs and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage industry.

What You'll be driving as a Treasury Management Specialist
Lead & Support: Guide and mentor the Treasury Management Support Team to deliver exceptional client service.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor ACH services for compliance with NACHA regulations, identify underutilized services, and reduce fraud risk.
Client Education: Ensure clients receive annual updates on NACHA rules and regulations.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage business internet banking, ACH originators, Merchant Capture (RDC), wire originators, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay services-ensuring seamless setup, troubleshooting, and training.

What You'll Leverage in this Role
Experience: 5+ years in Treasury Management Operations leadership or supervisory roles.

JOB DESCRIPTION
First Capital Advisors is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for our expanding portfolio of multi-family and retail properties. In this key position, you will play an important role in maximizing the value of existing company-owned assets. Your efforts will help ensure peak property performance and support decision-making, directly impacting our team’s investment strategy and operations.
This is a full-time position based in Wheaton, IL, reporting to and working heavily with our Texas-based Director of Asset Management. Occasional travel throughout Texas is required. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Liaise with lenders, including ongoing compliance with financial reporting requirements, monitoring debt maturities, overseeing escrow requirements, etc.
- Oversee the completion of replacement reserve requests and lender inspections
- Conduct various research and analysis to support decision-making
- Prepare updates for management meetings and quarterly investor reports
- Review and analyze property operating and accounting reports, with a focus on assessing trends in performance and detecting any operational issues
- Assist in creating and managing property budgets (operating and capital)
- Ensure each property performs in accordance with its business plan; suggest modifications when necessary
- Perform cash flow modeling and produce financial proformas
- Conduct site visits, which will require occasional travel throughout Texas
- Coordinate with various third-party vendors
- Monitor market conditions, including supply and demand dynamics, changing tenant preferences, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess most, but not necessarily all, of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance, economics, or real estate concentration preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience working in a financial analysis capacity within the CRE industry (multi-family preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting required; ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Experience creating and analyzing financial models
- Understanding of financial concepts, including return metrics (yield on cost, IRR, NPV, DCF, etc.)
- Understanding of capital structures (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of construction concepts
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Yardi, CoStar, and RealPage is preferred
- Ability to work with remote teams and properties; must be self-accountable and have strong initiative

- Conduct thorough investigations and keep accurate and relevant documentation of file activity on each claim assigned including coverage liability, status and damages that are applicable for each claim
- Honor/decline/negotiate first and third-party liability claims upon completion of coverage/policy investigation and analysis of damages and liability
- Work directly with internal and external customers to develop evidence and establish facts on assigned claims
- Organize, plan and prioritize work activities to keep up with current assignments and to ensure prompt conclusion of claims
- Prepare and present claim evaluations for the appropriate settlement authority
- Notify the Underwriting Department of any adverse information uncovered in the course of the investigation
- Familiarity with unfair claim practices in states where we do business
- Conduct business with vendors in a professional manner while maintaining a reasonable expense factor and upholding the company's reputation for quality service
- Provide customer service both to internal and external customers
