The Senior Manager, FP&A will play a central role in the Company’s financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis. This role will partner closely with leaders in Finance & Strategy, Revenue Cycle Management, Commercial, Operations, Market Access, and executive leadership to translate business performance into clear financial insights and actionable recommendations. This role is a strong fit for candidates with top-tier experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A, particularly in healthcare, diagnostics, medtech, life sciences, or other high-growth and highly analytical environments.


What you’ll be doing…

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support core FP&A processes, including:

o Annual budgeting

o Long-range planning;

o Monthly performance analysis

o Monthly reforecasting

  • Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and operating results.


Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

  • Drive ad hoc analyses for business performance, resource allocation, productivity, and investment decisions.
  • Support reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the Revenue Cycle Management function in partnership with Accounting.

Management / Board Reporting

  • Develop high-quality management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses for executive leadership and the Board.
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews, Board reporting, and strategic planning discussions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Commercial, Operations, Market Access, and executive leadership to understand key business drivers, evaluate performance, and optimize financial and operating results.


What you’ll need…

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medtech, biotech, life sciences, or other high-growth environments strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required.
  • Meaningful experience creating and owning three statement models, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in a highly dynamic business.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished materials for senior leadership under tight deadlines.
  • Very strong understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and operating finance concepts.
  • Experience with FP&A systems, ERP platforms, BI tools, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of unstructured data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Ability to work comfortably at a high level of detail while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Experience with FP&A, ERP, BI, or reporting tools is a plus.


Education, Certifications, and Licensures

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business required; MBA strongly preferred.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • This position is based at CND’s regional office in Atlanta, GA.
