What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (SA) specializing in Data Center Liquid Cooling, with emphasis on rear‑door heat exchangers (RDHx) and cooling distribution units (CDUs). This is a new capability within our organization, and you will serve as our primary expert in liquid‑based thermal solutions for high‑density compute environments.
In this post‑sales architecture role, you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design full liquid cooling solutions, support field teams during deployments, and help shape our internal best practices around liquid cooling technologies.
You will:
Customer Engagement & Post‑Sales Architecture
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements
Design end‑to‑end liquid cooling solutions featuring rear‑door heat exchangers, CDUs, manifolds, hoses, fittings, and facility water loop considerations
Produce detailed solution designs including schematics, BOMs, system flow diagrams, thermal performance expectations, and installation guidelines
Translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable, and reliable architectures
Deployment & Field Support
Support field engineering teams during installation, commissioning, and validation of RDHx and CDU systems
Provide technical oversight on-site or remotely, ensuring the deployed system aligns with the approved design
Troubleshoot flow rates, pressure drops, temperature deltas, coolant quality, sensor behavior, and CDU operational parameters
Assist with acceptance testing, monitoring configurations, and integration with facility cooling infrastructure
Internal SME & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the internal authority on liquid cooling within engineering, operations, sales, and product
Develop internal documentation: reference architectures, best practices, safety guidelines, and deployment playbooks
Train field teams and adjacent groups unfamiliar with liquid cooling practices
Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to stay aligned with the latest RDHx and CDU technologies
Practice Development
Define standards and repeatable processes for liquid cooling implementations.
Contribute to service offerings that support deployment, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of liquid cooling systems

7+ years in data center infrastructure, solutions architecture, mechanical/thermal engineering, or HPC environments
Hands-on experience with: Rear-door heat exchangers (enclosed or active systems)
Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), Secondary Fluids Network (SFN) design and fabrication
Coolant loop design, manifolds, flexible hose routing, connectors, drip‑less fittings, sensors, etc.
Rack and system level liquid cooling technologies, including multiple cooling loops, and direct-to-chip cooling
Strong understanding of: Heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
Facility water loops and integration points
Flow balancing, delta‑T analysis, and pump performance curves
Leak detection and safety best practices
Familiarity with data center power/cooling concepts (rack-level thermals, airflow management).
Architecture & Customer-Facing Skills
Experience conducting customer requirement gathering and converting needs into detailed solution architectures
Ability to write clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and BOMs
Comfort supporting deployments hands‑on and resolving technical issues in the field
Ability to travel to customer’s locations1
Soft Skills

Preoperative and Intra-operative Care Obtain, prepare, and use all equipment, monitors, supplies, and drugs used for the administration of anesthesia, performing and ordering safety checks as needed.
Select, obtain, or administer the anesthetics (General, Regional, MAC), adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids and blood products necessary to manage the anesthetics.
Perform all aspects of airway management.
Perform BLS/ACLS management Insert peripheral and central venous catheters Insert arterial catheters and perform arterial punctures to obtain arterial blood samples.
Insert pulmonary artery catheters Perform and manage regional anesthetics techniques including, but not limited to subarachnoid; epidural; major and peripheral nerve blocks; intravenous regional anesthesia; transtracheal; topical and local infiltration blocks; bilateral superior laryngeal nerve blocks.
Provide appropriate invasive and non-invasive monitoring modalities utilizing current standards and techniques.
Recognize abnormal patient response during anesthesia, select and implement corrective action and request consultation, as needed from the assigned attending anesthesiologist in charge of professional direction.
Evaluate patient response during emergence from anesthesia and institute pharmacological or supportive treatment to insure patient stability during transfer.
Postoperative Care Provide post anesthesia follow up evaluation of the patient's response to anesthesia and surgical experience and notify the attending anesthesiologist as needed.
Deliver a full report to the recovery room or ICU nurse.
Select and prescribe medication and writing postoperative orders related to the care of the patient as necessary, in consultation as needed with the attending anesthesiologist.
Initiate and administer respiratory support to ensure adequate ventilation and oxygenation in the post-anesthesia period.
Initiate and administer pharmacological or fluid support of the cardiovascular system during the post-anesthetics period to prevent morbidity and mortality, in collaboration with the attending anesthesiologist.
Additional Responsibilities Accept additional responsibilities which are within the expertise of the individual CRNA and are appropriate and relevant to the practice setting, as determined by the Director of the Operating Room, Chief of Anesthesia.
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Covering all the Intensive Care Units/wards for emergency intubations; emergency and scheduled cardioversions; anesthesia for ECT treatments; epidural pain management; preoperative visits and or postoperative visits on the wards as required to support the proper level of functioning for the OR schedule, and for the needs of the Anesthesia Service.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
