Responsibilities:Β 



  • Support theΒ SharkNinjaΒ businessΒ onsite in our Needham, MA headquartersΒ with the development of successful and profitable programs for key products to ensure continued growth of the product portfolio – you will assist in leading new product development (creation and management) of assigned product(s) from brainstorm phase through mass production, as well as partner with leadership to define the over-arching category direction to a team of product developers. You are responsible AND accountable for progressing, reporting on, and actioning your and your team’s deliverables.Β 


  • Define, develop, and iterate product specifications, marrying consumer wants/needs, white space in the market, and product technologies as the primary consumer advocate.?Β

Ride Development Engineering Design Assurance is an all-encompassing role that provides technical oversight and guidance in support of Ride project teams. As Ride engineering experts, they lead the way when it comes to process, standardization, and overall design compliance. What You Will Do:

  • Serve as Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Ride Engineering design review process to ensure that appropriate engineering/design standards, methods, analyses, and judgment are applied so the engineered products meet the design intent and the business imperatives of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Review designs related to Ride Engineering products and provide feedback to project teams and functional management regarding the acceptability of those designs.

  • Interpret and develop standards and codes that will be utilized by the Ride Engineering organization.

  • Advocate global consistency of solutions for similar problems, and compliance with Disney and external standards.

  • Partner with Disney leadership and project teams to improve process and standards for the benefit of future engineering efforts.

  • Contribute to mentoring and talent development

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced engineering knowledge (e.g., statics, dynamics, kinematics, stress/strain/fatigue).

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The UD Team SBYD Coach will use his/her passion and expertise in sports, health and fitness to change young lives. As a member of the UD Team Youth Development Department, Coaches will use the power of sports and physical activity to engage, educate, and energize at-risk youth. Using an SBYD framework, where life skills are taught in conjunction with sports skills, Coaches will use sports to help struggling students to re-engage in the academic community. Coaches will lead multiple sessions each day with their team during which they will teach athletic skill development, coach their teams in both inter- and intra- school competitions, all while ensuring that UD Team’s Core Values of Teamwork, Leadership, Communication are in the forefront of each session.


ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Urban Dove Team Charter School (UD Team) is a distinctive network of sports-based high schools catering to over-aged, under-credited youth. We fuse a robust academic curriculum with sports-based youth development, ensuring our graduates receive a diploma, a stepping stone for higher education, and essential job skills.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute SBYD curriculum, including coaching and facilitating sessions.
  • Deliver engaging Health curriculum and weekly team circles.
  • Co-lead HiRisers and College All Stars workshops.
  • Oversee daily team transitions and monitor student behavior.
  • Update and maintain athletic eligibility and behavioral documentation.
  • Log attendance in Jupiter System and track UD Cup team earnings.
  • Address infractions and implement behavior interventions.

The Physical Development Specialist uses exercise science principles as a behavioral intervention, integrating cardiovascular activity, structured programming, and recovery techniques to support emotional and behavioral regulation.

Key Responsibilities 1.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary technical interface for manufacturing rack test development efforts from concept through delivery.

  • Own driving resolution of all issues regarding test solutions aligned with critical path.

  • Reviewer and approver of technical risks, and contingency/mitigation plans.

  • Can review and provide input to material plans, test plans, test reports, lessons learned.

  • Owns preventative actions so gaps in E2E process or capability are addressed long-term.

  • Accountable for managing manufacturing technical and quality excursions through indirect coordination and hands-on engineering analysis as it pertains to your test deliverables.

  • Provide technical and product subject matter expertise to the factories and customers.

  • Lead highly technical and innovative RFI/RFQ responses supporting new strategic and recurring business opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong technical program management skills. Able to lead and direct a broad cross-functional global team.

  • Exceptional knowledge and experience regarding product development processes and tools.Β 

  • Experience and deep level of understanding of server, storage, networking and GPGPU and PCIe-based accelerator architectures.

  • Working knowledge of OS, driver, firmware and hardware architecture, device interactions and ability to leverage expertise to determine root cause that lead to optimized solutions.

  • Deep experience in process development and process improvement. Able to lead the development of complex processes spanning multiple functions and areas of expertise.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required; MS is preferred.

  • 8+ years' experience in a software or hardware product development environment with enterprise server, storage or networking products is required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Prior experience directly or indirectly managing engineering and/or development teams.

  • Experience managing remote, multi-national and geographically dispersed development teams.

  • Domestic and/or international travel, up to 30%, may be required.
