Position: Project Manager

Location: New York City, NY

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project manager in overseeing various real estate development projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis related to architectural design, engineering, real estate finance, or construction as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and financial analysts.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Real Estate Development.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development, architecture, engineering, or finance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in architecture, engineering, or real estate development.
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and permit processes in New York City and New Jersey.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in real estate development.
• Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles and the software utilized to bring those designs to life.

Business Development Representative — Medicaid Network Growth

Compass Care Management, LLC is a Florida-based Management Services Organization dedicated to the Medicaid population. Our affiliate network is built around the communities that need care most — with over 80% of our partners being Federally Qualified Health Centers and pediatric practices across Florida.

We are hiring one Business Development Representative based in Broward County to identify, engage, and recruit independent providers, FQHCs, and pediatric practices to affiliate with the Compass Care Management network.

This is a pure growth role — you are not managing existing accounts. You are out in the community building relationships and bringing high-impact affiliates into the Compass Care Management network.

What you'll do:

• Build and work a pipeline of FQHCs, pediatric practices, and Medicaid PCPs across Broward County

• Conduct in-person provider visits and present the Compass Care Management affiliate value proposition

• Guide recruited practices through the affiliate onboarding process

• Attend community health events, FQHC forums, and Medicaid network meetings

• Track all activity in CRM and report weekly on membership growth metrics

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in provider relations, provider recruitment, or healthcare business development

• Hands-on experience with Florida Medicaid — specifically FQHCs and/or pediatric practices

• Prior experience as a Provider Relations Rep at a Medicaid managed care health plan is a strong plus (Sunshine Health, Simply Healthcare, Molina, Humana Medicaid, Florida Blue)

• Proven ability to build trust with physicians and health center administrators

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for this territory

• Valid Florida driver's license; regular local travel required

• CRM-proficient and accountable to metrics

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary of $45,000–$55,000 plus a lucrative performance-based incentive package tied to network growth results. Incentives are structured to reward meaningful impact — representatives who hit their targets can expect total compensation of $90,000–$110,000 or more.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time 

• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on an Amazon branded vehicle

• Deliver SMILES and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Keep pace in a physically demanding job working in all weather conditions and on various routes

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

• Deliver up to 180-200 stops per day; up to 300-400 packages

• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

• Communicate effectively with support team and ensure deliveries are completed

• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old 

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States
