Position Duties:
Commercial Airline Tenders
- Determine source and procure fuel supply for airport locations
- Confirm volume availability and pricing
- Accurately record procurement and tender details within internal data systems
- Coordinate internal and external follow up activities upon award notification
- Work closely with the Commercial Sales Team to ensure alignment and execution of business goals
Scheduling/Inventory Control
- Forecasting, nominating and scheduling on pipeline systems
- Oversee management of inventories
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels and reorder points
Liaison between Supply and Dispatch
- Assist with Terminal Outages, Loading issues and Allocations
- Participate in afterhours and weekend on-call rotation (approximately, once a month)

- Maintain accurate and up to date records within internal data systems

- Verify supplier invoice data for accuracy

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Aviation, or a related field or equivalent procurement experience

About the Role:

The Office/Community Coordinator is responsible for our office, ensuring our team, both remote and local, have the resources and environment needed to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Proactive communication and support for anyone who works in or visits our office to ensure a welcoming environment
- Keep office organized and professional. Maintain/manage off site storage. Prioritize a positive, productive, and brand right environment.

Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of Admin/Coordinator or Office Management (or equivalent) experience

Job Summary
The College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of Chair of the School of Computing Instruction for the Atlanta campus located in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. The Chair will have the opportunity to build upon the success of the School and the College of Computing. With more students graduating with a Computer Science degree than any other major at Georgia Tech and the Institute's requirement that every student complete at least one programming course, quality instruction on the foundations of computing has never been more important. The School of Computing Instruction (SCI) was created to serve these critical needs within Georgia Tech and beyond. Our award-winning teaching-focused faculty have three core missions:
Platform for Creativity and Innovation. SCI's creative faculty boldly experiment with new ideas and approaches to pedagogy, while continually re-examining proven methods to ensure their approach is effective and practical across a different set of courses and students. Ultimately, we consider SCI a platform for meaningful experimentation and invite collaborations both within and beyond Georgia Tech to further push the envelope in computing education research, practice and outreach.
Scalability of Computing Instruction. SCI's faculty design and serve as primary instructors for the College's array of introductory computer science courses, direct the junior design/capstone program for our undergraduate computing majors, and teach a selection of upper-division and graduate level courses that reflect our faculty's varied interests. At the undergraduate level, SCI faculty teach a third of the College's 1000-4000 level course offerings or half of the nearly 9000 undergraduate computing course seats each semester. Further, we reach tens of thousands of GT graduate students and non-GT students through special initiatives, such as MOOCs and the state of Georgia's dual enrollment high school program.
Transparency and Meaningful Dialogue. While the main source of recognition we desire is from the numerous learners our faculty reach, we seek to foster meaningful dialogue and to share what works and what does not work in practice, in order to inspire others to attempt new ideas in computing education. We will use SCI's platform to encourage the distribution of information and (of course) to learn from others. We aspire to be leaders in the conversation on computing education.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Computing, the Chair has overall responsibility for the academic program in the School of Computing Instruction specifically focusing on all budgetary, administrative, academic, fiscal, and personal decisions in conjunction with the mission and goals of the College and Georgia Tech. The chair must have a forward-thinking strategic vision, the ability to implement that vision, and the necessary skills to lead a group of faculty and staff. Additionally, the Chair will provide overall leadership for all the school's teaching components at the undergraduate level. The Chair should establish collaborative and interdisciplinary relationships with others Computing School Chairs, with other leaders in the College, as well as all internal and external constituents at Georgia Tech and abroad. They must be able to build successful partnerships with executive leaders at Georgia Tech. About the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies
This newly launched school will further position Georgia Tech as an international leader in research, education, and community and industry engagement at the intersection of arts, technology, and design. The school's pedagogical approach will integrate artistic foundations, technical innovation, and creative entrepreneurship. The school will leverage Georgia Tech's existing strengths in areas ranging from artificial intelligence and student startups to digital media and music technology, adopt the culture of practice-based studio pedagogy in the College of Design, and build sustained partnerships with creative studios, technology providers, startup companies, nonprofits, and artists-in-residence taking advantage of Atlanta's thriving creative ecosystem.

We are seeking a visionary, creative, and entrepreneurial academic leader who will develop a nationally and internationally recognized center of excellence for studying the intersection of arts practice and emerging technologies.
The chair will have the opportunity to shape a new school that will expand Georgia Tech's academic and research activities and reputation at the intersection of technology and the arts, with the opportunity for substantial impact within Georgia Tech, the state of Georgia, and beyond. The new chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research and will oversee the hiring of new faculty for the school, as well as new internal joint appointments that might complement those already in place. Job Summary
Georgia Institute of Technology seeks a visionary leader to serve as the next Chair of the School of Economics within the Ivan Allen College of the Liberal Arts. The desired appointment start date is no later than July 1, 2026.
The chair will lead a group of more than 30 diverse and talented faculty and staff working in the core research areas of development economics, econometrics, environmental and energy economics, health economics, international trade, and microeconomic theory in fulfilling the research, teaching, and service missions of the School. The chair will provide strategic and operational leadership including, but not limited to: new faculty recruitment, promotion of faculty scholarship and teaching excellence, program quality improvement, fundraising through development and research projects, and budget management.
The chair will be expected to:
- Lead high-impact initiatives, practices, and strategies that support educational experiences and student success;

Ph.D. in Economics or the equivalent. A record of research/scholarship, teaching, professional service, and leadership commensurate with the status of full professor at a Research 1 institution.

The ideal candidate should possess effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience leading a school or department within a technical institute or a STEM-focused research university is preferred. The qualities of the successful candidate for Chair include:
Evidence of successful leadership at the department, school, college, or campus level(s);
Experience with program creation and/or innovation, or other areas related to curricular and co-curricular student success,
Experience with strategic planning at the department, college, or campus levels;
Experience managing budgets and/or internal or external funding;

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Computing, the Chair has overall responsibility for the academic and research programs in the School of Computer Science specifically focusing on all budgetary, administrative, academic, fiscal, and personal decisions in conjunction with the mission and goals of the College and Georgia Tech. The chair must have a forward-thinking strategic vision and the appropriate skills to lead a group of faculty and staff. Additionally, the Chair will provide overall leadership for all the school's teaching and research components at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Chair should establish collaborative and interdisciplinary relationships with others Computing School Chairs, with other leaders in the College, as well as all internal and external constituents at Georgia Tech and abroad. About the School of Music at the Georgia Institute of Technology
The School of Music is a global leader in undergraduate and graduate education in music technology, in music and music technology research and creative work. The school fosters a dynamic mix of music performance experiences for students from all academic disciplines and musical backgrounds. The School trains new kinds of interdisciplinary scholars who combine technical, scientific, and musical interests to transform the ways in which we create, perform, experience, and understand music.
Positioned to be the premier music technology program in the country, the School of Music offers Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Ph.D. programs in Music Technology, with 120 students across the three degree programs. Additionally, through ensemble participation, the School provides musical instruction to over 1,000 non-music majors per semester from all seven colleges of Georgia Tech participating in the Georgia Tech Marching Band, two orchestras, two concert bands, two jazz ensembles, four jazz combos, four choirs, and more. Job Summary
The College of Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of Chair of the School of Music in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Chair will have the opportunity to build upon the success of the School of Music, driving innovation and excellence as we lead innovation in education and research at the interface of music and technology. The new Chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The Chair will:
Manage the School's academic, fiscal, and personnel matters and ensure the alignment of the School of Music with the strategic objectives of the College and Institute;
Maintain an active role in the academic life of the school with both teaching and research expectations;
Develop synergies among the programs within the School of Music and create strong interdisciplinary relationships with other schools within the College of Design and across campus;
Work with community and corporate leaders through the College of Design Dean's Advisory Board and bring a demonstrated passion for community engagement and fundraising, with a commitment to building lasting relationships that support the College's mission and future growth.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a terminal degree (PhD or equivalent) in a related field with a distinguished record of scholarly achievement that qualifies for a tenured position. The candidate's career should be deeply rooted in the field of music technology, bringing a detailed understanding of the field and its subfields.
Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must maintain an active commitment to the profession and to the promotion of excellence in teaching and research. Candidates must illustrate the ability to engage community and corporate leaders and work effectively with faculty, students, and administrators. Significant experience in academic and/or research administration is desirable.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience, strong communication skills and a passion for building strategic community and industry partnerships to advance the College's mission. We especially encourage candidates with proven or emerging fundraising skills to apply.

The salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment is anticipated on or about July 1, 2026.
